The provider was fast, efficient, friendly and the service call was free with the Subaru new car warranty coverage. So my cost was $0 plus the optional tip (which I was able to do seamlessly on Venmo). So, in total, this was an equal or better experience than any other service call I have previously utilized with other vehicles.

A couple days later when i came to get the car i paid the lot fee and got my keys which had scratches all over the FOB, I could obviously tell that it had been dropped by the piece of tape holding my key together. When i finally got in my car my license plate bolts were not in my car or in their spot and i was only givin 2 bolts to use for 2 plates (they require 2 bolts minimum per plate so i can drive according to the law) When i was ready to leave their was a mercedes parked in front of me that nobody could get to start and i had to wait for their tow truck driver to try and start it he was unsuccessful. He had to resort to grabbing a tractor and pushing the car next to me out of the way allowing me to make 10 3 point turns to get out of there. I was…read morein an emergency situation with my RV while on the road and was not able to shut my RV off as it would not restart and I didn't want to deal with towing, but only had 1/4 tank of gas and had already called around to a couple dozen places that couldn't see me that day. When I once again recited my situation, I was told to get in asap and they would help me. I didn't realize that the gentleman behind the counter no longer worked in the garage but at the front desk and he personally took care of my RV. It turned out that my starter was fine and it was most likely due to humidity while camping in upstate NY. After over an hour of looking over my vehicle, they said all was fine and there would be no charge. They filled up my suspension airbags, gave me a business card and told me to call if there are any further problems. Oh! And one of the guys was making a food run and asked me if I wanted anything. I can't tell you how relieved I was that they made time to see me and how kind they were while there. And a bonus for a garage, the bathroom was CLEAN.
