Everything worked fine while I was in Las Vegas. However, once I returned to Singapore, I noticed the usage hours were being recorded incorrectly. For example, after 8 hours of sleep, the machine would only show about 2 hours of usage. Since compliance data matters with CPAP therapy, this is not a minor issue. I contacted iSleep to ask how to adjust the time zone and was referred to their Clinical Services team. After explaining the situation, I was told they knew what the issue was but would not assist due to company policy. I escalated to a clinical supervisor who was polite but also refused to help or even attempt to find a solution. These devices are less than two months old and still under warranty. Refusing to assist with what appears to be a simple configuration issue -- especially when international use was disclosed at the time of purchase -- is disappointing. I was also told the time zone could be changed in the app, which is not accurate. The initial sales experience was smooth and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, post-sale clinical support was a major letdown. If strong after-sales support is important to you, I would think carefully before purchasing equipment here.

Turn off the AutoPay everyone and buy your own supplies elsewhere that won't cost you hundreds of dollars. Seriously, my most recent (and by recent, I am referring to January, 2026), I had ordered three new face masks, the little rubber things that go over your face with the plastic hole to attach the hose to...for all three of these, the total cost came to 105 dollars; $35 PER MASK.
