If I could give a 0 or negative rating, I would…read more I had an appointment with Joseph Delacy. It was fine in the beginning, he was giving me instructions on how to operate the machine. I've tried on a mask with nose-only, nose and mouth. When I asked if I could try a full-face mask, Joseph was aggravated and irritated that I wanted to try on a third style of mask. He berates me and says I'm "being difficult" and that I'm already approaching my 45 minute appointment time and then reprimands me for being "late." I arrived on time, and I filled out paperwork maybe took two minutes. I asked again in a calm manner, "can I please try on the mask?" He went on a tirade about how I'm causing him to lose money and hundreds of dollars, that most patients only try on 1. He also said that he had me try on an additional 1 more than he should've. Well, he should've clarified up front that I can only try 1. Kept going on about how there's a 90 day warranty if I'm not happy with the one I picked. As a patient, it was very unpleasant dealing with him and being forced to make a choice that affects my health. I've never experienced such unpleasant customer service as a before today.

Luckily Yelp came to my assistance to find a nearby pharmacy in the area, which is how I found Southwest Pharmacy I met the Pharmacist John who told me he could get my prescription in 10 minutes. 10 mins being a brand new patient in a new pharmacy ... this is exactly what I needed. John also mentioned they have a program where you can get your antibiotics for free ! Say what ?? I've never had medications for free !! Honestly even though this is not my neighborhood pharmacy, based on amazing customer service and the wait being reasonable I'm willing to drive to this location for the rest of my medication needs.
