When I tried to clarify the scope in a respectful manner, he abruptly texted, "go find someone else," which I found to be highly unprofessional. Despite this, I still paid him for the portion of the work he completed--because I believe in paying people fairly. In return, he sent a sarcastic message, refunded the payment, and ended with a comment implying that "karma" would take care of us. That said, the lack of communication, the sudden change in terms, and the dismissive attitude are unacceptable. I would not recommend this service if you value reliability and professionalism.

I contacted the owner the very next day, explained the situation, and requested to be released. He spoke with me at length and said he would call me back--but never did. Despite multiple messages, I never received a response, and we were left stuck in the contract. To make matters worse, the contract auto-renews. It also took several requests before they finally provided us with a copy of the agreement. Based on my experience, I found this company to be unresponsive, untrustworthy and unethical. I would strongly advise others to not use them!
