I had to get a friend to come down to help me and she knew more about how to fix it than this guy (and she also helped fix another one of his installations). Just be forewarned that he is not an honorable man and will take your money and then walk away and leave you to figure out the problem and cause you to hire someone else to fix his mistakes. We had a driveway demolition/repair project. The company we chose had to have a Right of Way…read morelicense from the city, which AMJ does. The bid was very competitive so we chose them. Alex the office manager was quick to reply via text or email to answer any questions/concerns we had. Demolition was scheduled June 18 and the pour scheduled the 19th. Rain was forecasted for the 19th so it was decided to do the pour the afternoon of the 18th. The pour was done and swept and it started to rain before it could be covered. Jose and the crew had to cover it, wait for the rain to stop, then uncover and re-sweep/fix the pour. This happened three times. Finally the rain stopped, and they were able to do the final sweep and cover for the night. They stayed until well after dark, finally finishing just before 10pm, 14 hours after their day began. They returned the 19th and did a great job cleaning up. We are very pleased with the finished product and the work ethic of Jose and his crew. We highly recommend AMJ!

The quote looked fair so we scheduled the work. The crew showed up today and I couldn't be more pleased. The crew leader walked around the yard with me to make sure they knew what we wanted and he made several helpful suggestions. As soon as I was done the crew jumped in like a well organized team. Everyone knew their jobs and everyone took care to make sure the job was done right. When they were done everything was cleaned up and they went over the directions to make sure we don't mess up the work before everything is dry.

The crew came out exactly on the time promised - and it is a big crew, probably about 8 guys. They lifted the sod and installed the curbing in about 2 1/2 hours, did a great job. They have very up to date equipment specific to this kind of work and the crew definitely knew what they were doing. Very efficient. We had a LOT of curbing in the front and back and it ran about $1700. Would not hesitate to recommend.
