Above and Beyond! I…read morecan't say enough about Jason at Advanced Landscape and Sprinklers! After a huge plumbing project left our landscaping without an automatic sprinkler system, we were faced with a real mess. The wiring harness had been destroyed and buried under several feet of dirt, and there was a second utility box that had been completely buried and hidden under a tremendous amount of vegetation. Jason didn't miss a step. He put his detective skills to work, tracked everything down, figured out what needed to be done, and got our entire sprinkler system back together and working. His knowledge, persistence, and attention to detail went above and beyond what we expected. It was definitely not an easy job, but Jason never gave up! Thank you, Jason, for your ever-present detective work and for getting us back up and running! We truly appreciate everything you did.

From the quick starting bid to the final walk-though, the job went quickly and the Advanced Team was professional throughout. James offered a fair and honest quote, which was far more competitive than others in the area, and the price did not change as small obstacles or plan changes came during the project. The entire crew was communicative throughout and were very clean and organized, and went above and beyond to renovate our front yard and back living space, to include xeriscaping, irrigation, rock removal and replacement, privacy trees, and new cement patio. Overall the job went better than ever imagined and I will recommend James and his crew to anyone I know, as well as use his service for future projects.

I Wanted old caulk removed from expansion joints and refilled with expandable caulking (preferably self leveling). What they put in was mortar. Consequently, it cracked within 4 days. Would steer away from this company.

It was a 5-day job with lots to redo and keep track of but Justin and his team didn't miss a single detail. His team was always on time and polite, and they left everything better than it had been even without us asking for it: i.e. trimming back ungainly trees/bushes when they could have just rocked/mulched under them, fixed a sunken section of our flagstone walkway when all we'd asked was for some edging to go along the side, made sure the plants we were adding to the rocked area had some mulch under them to absorb water. This was all included in the original quote - no extra was charged for these. I appreciated that they knew exactly what tweaks to make to get the job done right, and the result is a beautiful new outdoor space! We're so happy with the work CLC did and definitely recommend them to anyone. (Included: some before and after photos. Please excuse the sod, it's outside the scope of the project and next on our list!)
