I have been going to this salon since they opened - not sure, 4 years? One time my manicurist cut one of my cuticles and it bled. I have very bad ingrown toenails on my big toes, and Tina is expert at removing them. I've never had an infection or bleeding after a pedicure. I get both plain and gel nails, and they have a nice large selection of colors. The price is great, and they're always busy - I think unhappy customers must leave reviews more often than happy customers do.

What I find disappointing about Regal Nails is that yeah, it's cheap, but it lacks. I feel like they're always in a huge hurry, and the work suffers as a result. When I'm in Chicago I can get a mani-pedi for $35 where it's much more thorough and high quality; yes, I realize it's in a different place, but it seems silly that in a city of 3 million I can get better services for the same price... and everyone blames big cities for being expensive. The pedicure pricing seemed accurate. The express pedicure was $30, with an additional $15 charge for gel, which still feels excessive. Beyond the pricing, we felt rushed throughout the appointment, and the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming. There was very little communication or customer service during the visit. Had I been there when my grandmother paid, I absolutely would have questioned the pricing, especially after looking up the pricing on their website. Given the lack of transparency and the unusually high charges, it genuinely felt like she was taken advantage of.

The salon is kept very clean and they seem to have very good equipment to work with. The ladies working there are very pleasant and personable. For the record, I am a guy and I typically only get a buzz cut. The part I like the most about it is that they accept walk-ins. That makes it very convenient for me as I am usually pretty busy so when I can find a couple minutes to get my haircut, they can usually find a couple minutes to slide me in, in between appointments. So guys check it out. They do a great job and quick!

Jana was able to fix my hair, make me a bright blonde (like i wanted originally), make my hair all one color again, and give me a cut in 2 hours! She got me in quickly to help and restored my hair!
