From start to finish I felt heard and taken care of. One of my biggest pet peeves is a stylist painting your forehead with coloring and not removing it completely before you leave the salon. Ashlyn was very careful to not paint my face and removed what was there. She recommended great products - which I've used in the last and love. Scheduled my follow up and can't wait!

They have such a talented group of staff that can assist you with many diverse services. Susie, the owner, does hair implants as her specialty and Russel specializes in perms and men's hair. Lauren, the third stylist, has cut my hair multiple times! Balayage is a new form of color that she has mastered! She decided on very natural colors and she blended them perfectly with my skin tone. Additionally after they were done putting the nail paint, they didn't put any cream/lotion on my hand. It's the first time I have gotten any manicure where it didn't end with a moisturizer. I had to make corrections to the schedule, and the pricing that was shared with me. Attempting to pay my deposit and full balance in advance was also not understood by any of the ladies working the desk - they had to call the person I was working with who never actually gave me her name. The make up wasn't like the photos I showed, and even after asking for some edits, it still wasn't done as requested. My hair was very nice when I walked out but the curls immediately fell. All my wedding photos have the half a part still curled and down part straight. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not recommend to others. Photo is 2 hours after leaving.

I'm sorry, but I could not be more upset. My facial hair is ruined…read more This is genuinely the worst beard trim I've ever gotten in my entire life. My entire beard is uneven, the right side is more full than the left, and the barber cut off almost all of the front of my beard leaving mainly the neck exposed. I have about an inch (at most) left of what was a 7 inch beard. I also HAD a nearly 4 inch long handlebar mustache that I specifically said only to trim off no more than a quarter of an inch off of just the tips, and the barber proceeded to remove my entire handlebar. I'm honestly so sad and upset right now. I'm not sure if I should say that a little or even some of this is my fault; perhaps it was miscommunication on my part? However, I know what I said, and it feels like the gentleman who ruined my face did everything the opposite of what I said to do. Sure it will all grow back in time, but right now I have interviews and pictures to take where I will look terrible in all of them. Now I have to go home and try my best to fix whatever I can. $20 for nightmare? Never again.
