Among lots of work, Greg's listed on invoices, carbs removed, rebuilt, re-installed, labor including installing new fuel lines. There also was a line item for fuel line, $8. The bike wouldn't start. I checked, no fuel getting to the carbs. I pulled the fuel lines to the carbs, fuel pump dumped tons of rubber gunk into my tupperware (see photo). Fuel lines were not replaced, 28 year old fuel line. Rubber gunk clogging carburetor entry, now needing carbs pulled and cleaned. Sold the bike as a not running project, rather than re-do that work. I wrote Greg personally, asked him to at least refund a small labor portion to the customer. He lied to me and said the invoice for gas line replacement (along with carb rebuilding, of course they should be replaced at 28 years old) and the line item charging for the fuel line, "was a typo". He wouldn't budge, and wouldn't apologize, that is the size up of integrity, with Greg, Greg's Cycles.
