The staff are super-friendly and welcoming and give helpful advice. They use all natural fibers like organic cotton etc. and their products are made in UK, so you can be sure that you're not contributing to child slave labour overseas by buying their products! They have a "feeding-booth" if your little one needs feeding and you don't want to breastfeed in public (you don't have to buy anything, you can just go in and use their feeding area for free). Would highly recommend. All my mummy-friends love this shop too!

I didn't even wear it. I called customer service to complain. They were suppose to call me back for a 2nd review. By this time they sent it back to me. I called 2 weeks after and they decided without even seeing the product new with tags, they declined a refund? WTF!!!! Called again to speak to a supervisor and again no call 2 weeks later nothing! A rabbit shirt! A soft white, cuddly tee-shirt with a funny rabbit and a sign that says "Warning, I bite!" Which is both hysterical and ironic, as my child does bite (as a joke!) Ok, mostly. So of course the shirt was darling (£15) -- but really it was the service that stunned me. Dot was truly lovely herself, too. Engaging, sweet, talkative and funny...and super talented! I frankly almost forgot I was shopping in London (Shoreditch no less) and probably looked a bit stunned. Perhaps my skill of chit chat has withered all these days living in London, I am not sure. I so enjoyed my little stop in that I made a vow to return to check out the rest of the wares. This is one of the largest shopping malls in all of Europe and I can totally see why. With over 350 stores and almost 2 million square feet of retail floor space, a shopaholic could go mad in here! I mean, can you imagine? Each time walking in here to explore a different store. I'm a makeup addict, and the first thing that I noticed was that this mall had a Morphe store! They don't have too many Morphe stores in my area, and this one was one of the largest that I've ever seen. I also went into the NYX store which was big and beautiful. The store associates were so sweet! I think they knew that I wasn't from the UK, but they were still really nice. This mall also has a really large food court with tons of options. I found a cute little creperie there where I had breakfast one morning. The Stratford Station is walking distance from the entrance, and the pedestrian bridges make it so easy to access. This mall has everything from luxury retailers to department stores, financial institutions, high end tech shops and even grocery shops. It's gigantic. It's a bit out of the way from Central London but a dream for those who love to shop and explore. I would love to come back one day to explore more of their 300+ shops.

So, I'd say its 2 stars for selection, but an additional star for being less packed. The women's clothes selection is quite small, and the shoe selection is downright sparse. There's a better selection of sunglasses in this location, and we found some nice childrens book sets for boys and girls. Generally, I'd say to do your core shopping at nearby H&M and Next, and then stop in to TK Maxx if you have a little more time and money to kill on the off chance you find something you like.
