It wasn't until after pulling their teeth that they said "We only have the iPhone 15 pro max screen protector in stock " which if the salesperson took 5 seconds to actually see our phone would know that's the phone we both have and still refused to change a simple screen protector even though we paid for that service when setting up the account. Quite honestly I have had a screen protector on my phone since the day I bought it. The guy who removed it cracked it in numerous areas while removing it then claimed the screen was already scratched. When asked to speak to a manager o was told he has the day off and can not be reached. The associate that I was dealing with was extremely rude and had a attitude problem! Needless to say I went to another T-Mobile and had no issues at all with them verifying my phones perfect condition. This place has Very unprofessional help and I urge you to stay far away!
