I get having a busy business, but I only requested quotes from 3 contractors based on how impressed I was with their backgrounds and reviews, but 2 (including Michael) ghosted me after one visit. Would not recommend.

Because I called a bit late in the day, same-day service wasn't available--which was completely understandable. He patiently answered every single one of my questions and did an outstanding job with the actual work, which included: Fixing the leak quickly and efficiently. Replacing the old pipes to ensure everything was secure. Installing a brand-new water heater seamlessly. What started out as a highly stressful situation was made completely easy and hassle-free thanks to his care and expertise. I cannot thank your team enough for the peace of mind. Samuel really did a spectacular job, and I will absolutely be referring your services to all of my friends and family! Thank you again!

I scheduled an appointment, and Carlos R. was there at 8 am Friday morning to check my AC. HVAC systems are complicated but they are also a big investment, and so I wanted to understand everything and Carlos R. patiently explained everything and answered all of my questions in a straightforward and honest manner (I had a small amount of AC knowledge and also looked up some things after the visit). It didn't make sense to repair it as so much of my system was obsolete, and so I ended up deciding to proceed with a new system. DeHart dropped off a portable AC for my bedroom so that I wasn't miserable during the heatwave over the weekend, and the DeHart crew came early on Monday am and installed everything while I was at work--they were careful with my house and I came home to a clean and air-conditioned house. Carlos R. came back a couple days later to close the loop and answered my questions on how to use the system, the warranty, the maintenance, the permit process, and the rebate. The whole process has been seamless, and the fact that Carlos and DeHart are clearly so detail-oriented gives me a lot of confidence in their long-term quality of service.
