Technician Took a $1,600 Faucet From My Home Without Permission…read more I hired Just In Time Plumbing to remove a high-end faucet -- valued at $1,600 brand new -- so I could have my stone countertop replaced. I specifically told the technician that I had ordered a new one but would be reinstalling this faucet once the new stone was in place. When the stone work was done and I went to reinstall the faucet, it was gone. I called Just In Time Plumbing and was told that the technician had taken it from my home, assuming I no longer wanted it. No one asked me. No one called to confirm. A $1,600 fixture was simply removed from my property without my consent. When I spoke with the owner, Justin, his response was shocking. He told me it is their "standard practice" to dispose of anything they remove, and that if I wanted to keep the faucet, I should have told the technician. In other words, he defended his employee taking personal property from a client's home without asking -- and placed the blame squarely on me. Not once did Justin offer an apology. Not once. And as of today, I have yet to receive a callback with any resolution regarding the replacement of my faucet. If you value your belongings, think twice before letting this company into your home. What they removed from a job site, they apparently consider theirs to keep.

5/5 I've had Andrew come out twice now. The first time was to repair a drain line leak in my living…read moreroom ceiling, and the second was to rough in a shower drain for an upcoming remodel. Both jobs were done with the skill and attention to detail of a master plumber. Price was competitive with others in the area. It's been over a year since the leak repair and everything has held up perfectly. The shower drain rough-in was centered exactly where it needed to be and completely leak-free. I'm fairly handy myself, and Andrew has always been willing to share helpful pointers along the way, which I really appreciate. Coastline Plumbing has become my go-to plumbers. Whenever Andrew is on the job, I can relax knowing the work is being done correctly and built to last. One thing to expect: Andrew was upfront about this from the beginning, but Coastline typically doesn't patch drywall or plywood after plumbing work, so you may need to hire someone separately for that part. I think that's standard for plumbers specialized in their trade. In my case, I patched them up myself.

They were knowledgeable and efficient, and had the whole thing diagnosed and repaired within 15 minutes. They told me that there was a 1 year warranty on the part they installed, which was a nice surprise. Thank you Andrew and Ryan for such great service!!

Just Right Services - The two installers from Just Right Services, Chris and Guillermo were great. Post-install shot along with me.

Summer is around the corner so I wanted to get a tune up for my HVAC. I inquired through yelp and…read moreit messaged 5 places so I just went with the earliest appointment. I had low expectations as my previous technician with a different company from last year barely did anything and did not even check our drain line inside the home. McShane was our technician and he's the reason I'm even leaving a 5 star review. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He was respectful of the property, used shoe covers before entering, and asked permission before moving things around. You notice those little things when you've had a bad experience in the past. I would say the value is also worth it. It was $85 for the tune-up. I was obviously looking for something cheaper but you get what you pay for. Overall great service!! This company will now be my go-to for my HVAC needs!

We had a relatively complex HVAC issue that required a follow up visit. The owner, Drew H., was highly responsive and reliable from the very beginning of the project to the end. When a minor miscommunication arose regarding the labor charge for the final replacement part, he quickly stepped in to clarify. They honored their original promise and completed the work at no extra cost. It is good to work with a contractor that stands by their word, sticks to their estimates, and takes responsibility for the final result. Highly recommended for their professionalism.
