Staff is incredibly helpful with picking out jewelry and answering questions. But Sarah is the standout. She was funny and instantly makes you feel at ease, I would send anyone her way and will absolutely go back to her if I decide on further piercings. I had a tattoo revision from Tom and he took my terrible tattoo and turned it into a beautiful masterpiece that I am very proud to show off. I was so thrilled that i had him fit me in for another one. He did the tattoo a few weeks later and it was a memorial tattoo for my brother that passed years ago. It is beautiful and I thank him for his patience, light hand, detailed work and great conversation. My husband is going there in October and I will be back again for sure!

It is appointment only with deposit which means they only take clients who are reliable and that care. The shop is safe when it comes to leaving the door locked and they will only open it when you let them know you have arrived. Got a piercing done in Feb but noticed it was crooked when I got home, emailed my piecer Noah, and we immediately made an appointment to get it removed. We waited two weeks and I came back in March- got it re-pierced for free, no issue. That is exactly how you'd want a place to fix the situation. The place is also very clean and organized and taken care of in a professional manner- at least as far as i have observed.

I was able to secure a reservation with the owner Mike , I just had to email him a picture of the tattoo design and put down a $40 deposit .
