Fantastic craftsmanship!…read more There's painting and then there's great prep work. Most homeowners know that a good exterior paint job is dependent on proper prep. Derek and his crew also know that and take great pride in doing a great job. A four man crew descended on the house and spent several days caulking, scraping and of course power washing. The final result is just about perfect with a knowledge that this job will last for years and years. As far as customer service everything was on time as promised. Derek worked with us on color and made sure we were happy with the choice. He pointed out several things that needed to be addressed. Among other they removed all the awnings and took them to Deluxe Awnings to be recovered. Once that was done they came back several weeks later, picked up the awnings and rehung them. I would not hesitate to recommend this crew for any job I have in the future.

Overall, the house has been well maintained, but the 600+ square foot front room was considerably out of flat and wall-to-wall carpeted. I called Lippert's, knowing they are in the carpet business, to ask about a referral to someone who could pull up the carpet and see if maybe it was covering an original hardwood floor that could be refinished. It turned out that they deal in all types of flooring, not just carpets, and - long story short - they had a crew out within a few days, removed and disposed of the carpet and pad, and exposed the undulating floor, which was an inch out of flat in areas. After advising us of our options, we agreed to have the floor flattened, a combination of grinding down high spots and building up low areas. As of today we have a beautiful new Canadian maple hardwood floor with no noticeable deviation from being perfectly flat. The entire project, from first contact to completion, has taken about three weeks, and it cost no more than recarpeting. We can highly recommend Lippert's Stephanie and the father/son craftsmen Andre and Isaac. These guys know their business and kept our best interests top-of-mind, their suggestions were spot-on!

This was my first trip to Diamond so when I walked in I was greeted and asked if they could help me. What a clean and friendly store, I was looking for plumbing parts for a project. The super friendly gal who greeted me walked me down to the isle where the plumbing supplies were and ask what I was looking for, I was looking for a 1 1/4 threaded pvc cap, she pointed and told me I would find it in that general area, sure enough there it was , I thanked her for the outstanding service and she told me that that was just normal. This store offered plants, building supplies, all the things that you would find at the big box stores , only they were focused on customer service. It paid off, I will be shopping here in the future when the need arises, highly recommended
