They showed up with a trailer which seemed cheesy, in addition to the $37(1/2 off $75) deal they added an automatic $20 which I assumed incorrectly was in the fine print(found later that it was not) and $70 for stain resistance. Their equipment broke and it took them over an hour to fix it,( an hour to figure out it was a clogged nozzle?) all while the front door was wide open on a 90 degree day, wanted to tell them to leave but at this point they had already sprayed stain remover etc. so just prayed we would get through it. Cleaning turned out ok but wetter and "rougher" than any other professional cleaning have had done. They also tracked through the house about 50 times and had filthy hands, left puddles of water so cleaning was offset Guthrie messes. Next time prefer to pay full price and get it professionally done for the same $ at the end of the day.

I texted Derrick at 2pm Monday afternoon. "Are we still on today"? I figured he may have gotten caught up at another appointment...no big deal I'll wait...3pm still nothing 4pm still nothing. So I messaged Derrick; If you need me to call someone else for the work just let me know. I understand things come up unexpectedly, but ZERO communication at all I found to be very Unprofessional & Disrespectful. I specifically contacted Stain Eliminator based on their 5 Star rating. Which I would give them a -1 if I could just because I never even received a "sorry about that" / "My Bad" nothing. That being said I did have another Carpet Cleaning service come out and do the work and my carpets look FABULOUS!!

That's my story and how I found Stephan. I've TRIED to do everything on my own including scrubbing all of the grout with baking soda and vinegar, to renting Mr. Rug Doctor to clean pet stained carpet all to save a few bucks. Each adventure took tons of time, caused spousal fights (you know what I'm talking about), and the results just weren't worth it. Stephan has been our flooring savior since, and I'm not joking. We've had him clean our grout and carpeting (both installed and area rugs) multiple times and each time is perfect. And spoiler alert - it will cost you a fraction of what you think it will. So save the $100 you'd spend on the Rug Doctor, save the chiropractic and massage appointments after weeks of scrubbing grout and give him a call. He'll become an annual visit in keeping your flooring beautiful like he has been for us.
