    Service technician came to service my Viking Appliance. Claims parts and service is no longer…read moreavailable due to age. I called Viking directly and was able to order the parts directly from the company. Mr Appliance charged me a diagnosis fee, just to tell me they will not be ordering parts because they are sold out world wide/not available due to age of the stove. I strongly do not recommend Mr. appliance , the only reason I contacted them because Viking listed them as the only repair certified technician for the area. I contacted Viking directly and let them know that Mr. appliance of Ocala needs to have their certification revisited or reevaluated. I've tried to call Mr. appliance to speak to a manager or supervisor to ask for a refund or some type of compensation because I wanted my stove fixed based on what Viking put as a reputable repair service business , Mr. appliance refuse to repair due to not being able to order parts. I ordered OEM parts directly from Viking, there was no valid reason not to service my stove. At the time of this writing, I am still waiting for a manager or supervisor to explain to me how I am able to order OEM parts, but their service technician claim the company cannot. I have my invoice with the technician notes , including my invoice for parts purchased from Viking Directly.

It has been a month since the tech came out to diagnose the issue and order parts. I have called multiple times for updates or status of my repair and only got voicemails. Never a return phone call. I had saved the phone number of the tech and called him. He said he would call the office and have them call me. Nothing. I called Electrolux back and they attempted to call Lord Appliance. Got through on the first try. Imagine that. Guess they know the number that feeds them more business to scam off of. Still waiting on Lord Appliance to give me an update. I will be reporting this incompetent business to the Better Business Bureau and will blast on social media to avoid this company like the plague. Absolutely worthless.

    Our warranty company used Lord to contract our refrigerator repair. We reported the claim on Friday…read more10/24, Lord came on 10/29 for diagnostics. A part was ordered, and brought to our house 11/4, 1 week after the first visit. Wrong part. They let us know the new part was ordered, then ghosted. I personally made 9 calls and a text message to their number between 11/5 and 11/12. Their voicemail was full the first two calls, prompting the text. The next call, the voicemail was cleared and said "closed for maintenance" for the entire weekend. My last call, I was a little abrasive on the voicemail because it had been 3 weeks without a working fridge and no update. That must've pissed them off, because they called my husband instead of me. Told him they ordered the part but the computer program was frozen and they couldn't see the the delivery updates. That day, my warranty company approved for me to choose our own company. 11/12 Wednesday afternoon, I contacted a competitive company in town and had a diagnostic that night. Today 11/13, just 24 hours after I contacted the second company, our fridge is working. Needless to say... we will NEVER be using this company, and issued a complaint through our warranty company regarding their unprofessional and, frankly, terrible attempt at customer service. Can I give no stars?
