She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. She is so bubbly and fun to talk to and she is an expert in her field. I have never learned so much about hair ever in my life! Even for styling, she gave so many tips. She explained that I would have needed a lowlight service to achieve the look I wanted, which I wish had been communicated before my hair was done. What bothered me most was the lack of empathy. I explained that I felt really unhappy and unattractive with my hair, and I didn't feel like my concerns mattered.
