I went into the Westfield location and was helped by Dan who recommended I go to Oxford Street, but he kindly checked in advance, as it was very hard for me to contact any of the local stores if they had the letters and numbers I was after after he confirmed that with Kayla I went to Oxford Circus, where I got the Top and the Service I received from Gaby and Damani was outstanding. They personalized a top and while they were making it, I ended up buying 23 more items and all the stuff who helped me were extremely helpful. Excellent service.

The collection is much younger, more street style than the other brands. The store is impressive, and they sometimes have DJ nights and events. The store can get pretty busy as obviously it's on Regent street but early mornings are the best time to visit. The staff are well trained and know the product really well. They are only happy to help and assist in trying things on and putting outfits together. They are all young and trendy and know the seasons trends! Prices are really good considering its Armani.

The second shop is the Factory Outlet. I like Central Park but I think Factory Outlet sucks. A 7 pound tracksuit is just too chavtastic for me in purple and pink terry cloth. There was a 2 pound jewellery table too ( Central Park had a closer to 10 pound table). Verdict: This shop is okay to have a look around. Central Park can still be a bit expensive and Factory Outlet is total Norf London neighbourhood girls wear for people that listen to Fergie or Mutya.

I don't want someone following me about the shop and being TOO attentive but COME ON! A little acknowledgement would be great! They seem to put all the friendly and helpful staff downstairs as both times I recently popped in I was greeted by two different fellas who were more than happy to help me but upstairs I was downright ignored by staff. Even when I came out the changing room there were 4 members of staff having a chat right outside yet none of them offered to take the clothes off me and I hung them on the rail myself. They all looked up and acknowledged my presence but weren't interested in helping me in any way. Great clothes, great store but better customer service needed. Sort it out, Ted!

Love this place for stocking up on Nike-branded sports wear in London. It seems that a larger part…read moreof its item range is discounted but unlike Nike Factory stores this shop seems to have more facilities. Anyway you will always find some bargains here. I pop in every few months whenever I'm in London and tend to get a genuine branded t-shirt for £12 which would surely cost me twice as much elsewhere. Friendly staff as well, what's not to like?
