I had outstanding service from Nike at Oxford Street. I was looking for an England jersey where I could personalize the top with my own last name and the number seven. Every location I went to around London was out out of a letter or out of a number which made up the formation I wanted. I went into the Westfield location and was helped by Dan who recommended I go to Oxford Street, but he kindly checked in advance, as it was very hard for me to contact any of the local stores if they had the letters and numbers I was after after he confirmed that with Kayla I went to Oxford Circus, where I got the Top and the Service I received from Gaby and Damani was outstanding. They personalized a top and while they were making it, I ended up buying 23 more items and all the stuff who helped me were extremely helpful. Excellent service. read more

This Nike store, styled as Nike Town is probably the biggest Nike Store I have seen, and one of the better stores too, it is over three floors currently with the fourth one being revamped into a women's section and it goes above and beyond what one would expect from a Nike Store. Generally speaking, the few Nike stores which remain, not just across the UK but even across most of Europe from Manchester Fort to the London Designer Outlet and even Barcelona are "Running" stores, which often might be large in size (but not as big as this one), but offer very little products which are useful and reasonably priced, this store is different as it stocks the whole range of Nike products one would expect over different floors. My favourite part of this store is the first floor which includes a "Jersey shop" which sells a large range of football shirts, mainly Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea who are Nike's London teams which is down to the location being in London, but there is also a smaller range (but still decent) of other teams such as Barcelona and my Manchester City. As a rule of thumb, if it's a big club or a team from London (* coughs Spurs) and their jerseys are designed by Nike, you can expect to find a range of merchandise here. The music did seem a little too loud at the front entrance compared to the rest of the store and the staff didn't seem really friendly when I asked for help in finding certain things. Being at the start of Oxford Street, at the end which is closer to Regent Street, there are so many large "flagship" stores which set an example to other stores in the chain to how stores should be, and this is one of them with a great selection of everything Nike, hence worthy of the Nike Town name and a four-star rating. read more

I was looking for souvenirs... anything and everything Britain related sports that were sponsored by Nike... was nonexistent. They had a ton of soccer items but nothing specifically for England. I guess I expected better... much better. In SF... the store itself offers anything related with the SF Giants, Oakland As and I don't remember but I think even Raiders and Niners gear. Going into the NFL shop n the 3rd floor, which has an open floor plan, I was physically stopped by a security guard, who told me to walk around to the other side to enter. Seriously? I'm 66 years old, I needed to be physically stopped? After I saw the rip off prices, I left and the security guard with the first one gave me a snide, 'Have a nice day'. Love Nike, but the employees I met at this location are contemptuous a-holes. read more

The service at the woman section is catastrophic. Nobody takes care if you. My wife had to fetch among 15 boxes lying on the ground without anyone to help. The Nike flagship store in London is huge, with several floors and it's spacious. The selection of products is awesome. You also have the possibility to print your name and or number on the football jersey's. You may have to line up for that but they do it quick enough. In general service is impeccable, they really have a lot of service staff, and getting your right size takes normally only a couple of minutes. Paying is so easy as well, you don't have to pay at the cashier. Many of the staff have smartphones with credit card swipe function. This system is really customer friendly!!! read more

So this is your typical Niketown-you can find the equivalent of it in any major city. My review is mainly for the running club- I used to run with them on occasion and on the outside they seem very organized with running check-in and shoelace trackers but in all reality they are a bit of a mess! You don't have any pacers, any motivators, anyone really coaching or even running with you at all! Everytime I went out with them, I ended up running by myself with no direction and every 1/4 a mile or so see a nike worker run up from their previous post, sprinting past you to make it to their next resting post--very odd. Absolutely terrible place if you want to actually get in , get some shoes, and get out quick. One of the funnest places in London if you want to spend an hour or so, browse, and select and buy some high end running kit. Last night I was the former which was frustrating but i have done the latter numerous times, so I am forgiving. One of the few places in London to find specialist sports gear and customisable kicks, although you're unlikely to want to pay so much for it. Niketown was the main thing I used to look forward to if I took a trip to London in my sneaker-addict college days. So much choice, DJs spinning some tunes as you walk in, all that Jordan apparel, basketball trainers etc. Now however I find it difficult to justify paying such lofty amounts when there are cheaper alternatives out there... like some of the outlet villages, or even flying to America with an empty suitcase! All joking aside, (I'm not really joking, go to NYC instead) this Nike Mecca has every Nike product you could ask for. There are different floors catering for specific sports, and sneakers as far as the eye can see. The staff working in there are a bit 'cool', and sometimes it's difficult to get one of them to serve you, but if you walk in wearing the freshest kicks you own, in limited edition colours, they'll give you a knowing nod of respect as the continue doing keeps-uppies. read more

A big store where something is always going on. Last time I was there they were doin this big running thing but that's besides the point. This is one of the only places in the world where you can get customized mercurial superflys (football boots) And when exclusive Nike boots are dropped like the wear it proud uk rugby boots were released this store had the majorty of them. 3 floors of goodness, football jerseys for days, people everywhere, it's an experience really. For the Nike Running Club Ready Set Go Run club. FREEEEE beginning running group! This is amazing. So motivating, so encouraging. I am just getting back to running after a calf rupture and the instructors, especially Bex and Cory, are so helpful and supportive. I go with my buddy, who is so new to running she turned to me in excitement when she discovered that picking your knees up makes you go faster. So, yeah, basically no one is too beginner for this class. We run a total of around 2 miles. The class starts at 6:34 PM on Tuesday from the running department, on the first floor. You run as a group around Fitzrovia and up to Regent's park. All 3 times I have gone we have done a mix of sprints, jogs, stretches and drills. You leave exhausted with a bottle of complimentary water and sometimes snacks. After 10 you get a fun Nike Running Shirts, super cool. read more

They have a great selection of goods on display at this store which spans 3 levels. I was in the market for a new pair of trainers and it was really busy/chaotic. After finally getting the attention of a sales associate, I asked for 4 different pairs of shoes but they didn't have any of them my size. So sad but I'm not surprised because the store is in the heart of Oxford Street. If you have the same problem, checkout the Foot Locker nearby. They have a selection of the main nike shoe, the store is less crowded and the trainers are about 5 pounds cheaper! I came for the Nike Run Club a few weeks ago and I had a great time. This is literally the biggest Nike Town I have ever seen. They have an entire floor dedicated to different departments. The ground floor is dedicated to interactive experiences and new products. The 1st floor is dedicated to running, the 2nd floor however, is dedicated to more than one sport. It has all of their basketball, football, tennis, casual, and SB products. Lastly the top floor is specifically for women's products. In addition to all of the this, the center of the first and second floors has islands suspended through the core of the store and is solely for NikeiD products. This probably is my favorite part of the store, all around the glass walls are the different styles of shoes that you are able to customize as well as different versions that have been customized. There are loads on computers set up where you can sit and play around to come up with your perfect shoe. Great store, nothing more that I can say but go see for yourself read more

It's an immense shop of all things Nike. Shoes, clothes, bottles: anything the company makes is here. You can test your running style to get shoe recommendations, shoot some hoops, or buy distance-measuring wristbands. The floor staff here are as helpful as they can be, but the size of the shop and the fact that it's always absolutely heaving with people can sometimes make it difficult for them to quickly and efficiently keep track of everyone they need to assst. The one-stop sport shopping aspect of the place mean it's where I always buy my running shoes and other gear. Currently under a lot of construction and renovation to expand and improve, so they don't have all gear and facilities at the moment. read more

The products are highlighted and give incentive to buy. 2- The staff are friendly and is very available to advise you. 3- you can find every products of Nike and even product that you never see before. 4- They have 2 big parts for shoes and there are all shoes, all colors. 5- The football section is beautiful and you can find all sizes and all teams which wear Nike brand. 6- We can believe that as it's a Nike store the price are high but it's not the case. This is a really cool Nike town store. They have interactive displays that allow you to try out their new products. My wife tried on a pair of shoes that had a computer in the sole which allowed her to follow the exact same workout program from many famous sports athletes. It amazed us that this shoe is able to count the number of push-ups she did too. Of course, with the technology comes a stiff price tag. However, pretty cool experience though. read more

A great selection of storting goods! They had a greater selection of Nike SB here than the New York Niketown! They put on a great show during the NFL International series! Where the whole ground floor was dedicated to NFL apparel, great feel walking in to a Jay-Z tune! Ended up with a dri fit Nike SB longsleeve, nfl beefeater helmet tee and a Nike tech fleece pant. Holy cow. Mecca for all you runners, yogis, crossfiters, workerouters, football players, and general exercise connoisseurs. I can only vouch for the women's section on the top floor, but I spent a solid hour trying on trainers, funky leggings, and flowy workout tops. Hrm. Not sure really how to rate this place. I'm not a super-excited-to-work-out person. I'm not a fitness buff. I did, however, want to see if they had any good deals on jogging shoes, but they didn't have anything particularly exciting. While I saw a schedule with classes on the wall (some of which looked interesting), I couldn't find anyone to help me to tell me more. Niketown do i have to say anything else. The only bad thing is that a couple of the floors are closed for remodeling. They have the most amazing NIke ID design studio. It is surrounded in glass and have Nike ID sneakers all around. For a great selection of clothes and trainers this is the place to be. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to get matching trainers. So we headed to oxford circus - Nike Town to get customised nike id airmax trainers. The nike id customise studio is on the second floor. We received a lot of help and advice from a girl called Jmuir she was very friendly and kind. We tried on the trainers and we customised them very on the computers. Everything was very quick and we didnt have to wait long. The only thing I don't like about niketown is the loud music. read more

Had the worst experience today trying to buy two pairs of basketball sneakers. Three staff in that section were so absorbed with one another, that they didn't notice that my partner and I were the only two customers needing attention. We eventually walked over to a young man in tennis, who was both very helpful and polite, but he was unable to get anyone to bring him the shoes we wanted, and wound up in a corner desperately trying to drum up some help on his radio. To cut to the chase, we walked out and went to The Footlocker, where we got lots of attention, and four great pairs of shoes. Excellent customer service. Staff are super friendly and very attentive. I went to buy some new trainers for running and despite being short on staff, I was taken to a treadmill and show a few different styles of trainers. The member of staff then videoed me running on the treadmill with a couple of different styles and then advised me which trainers to buy based on that. Cannot recommend them enough. read more

Great store with a huge range of variety. They have pretty much everything you can buy from their brand all under one roof, as well as running fitness classes and running clubs. There are so much varieties of items distributed on FLOORS. It's a one-day adventures guys! I remember when this store first opened and it was such a big deal - I've never actually bought anything in there but I went in there so many times just to look at it, that's how novel it was. The decor is so inusual and interesting, and it seems like there are endless areas to wander through. I think that the Nike Town in London is an awesome spectacle. The presentation and organisation is inspiring and a completely new approach to selling sporting goods. I also think that it is the way to go. TO me it seems to merge sporting equipment with funky and 'tredny' for want of a better word. I think it is a shame that it seems to attract premium prices for the products, but I guess that is just the law of the market. I was slightly disappointed last year when they didn't carry the Nike Air Rift trainers, if you can't get them at Niketown where can you get them? Down the road at Size apparently. Variable customer service but when it's good it's really good. A wide range of products with most sizes in stock even in the upper range. Don't go near closing though as you're unlikely to be greeted warmly. read more
