The trailer arrived early to ensure the set up was complete by the time we had agreed on, he even let us start about 10 minutes early. The customer service was fenomenal and everyone involved were made to feel comfortable and they did a good job in creating and maintaining a fun atmosphere. The trailer was very clean and the equipment looked to be in excellent conditions and functioned without any issues. There was a large variety of games to choose from and multiple console options. The trailer offered gaming both inside and outside the trailer which allowed a large number of gamers to play and not have to wait around. They were very flexible and even allowed us to add an hour at the end, of course this would depend on their schedule and availability. The owner/operator was very polite and did a really good job with the kids. Everyone who interacted with him had nothing but positive comments to make.
