I have nothing but good things to say about Roselyn's Impressive Balloons!…read moreWe needed balloon decor and a sign for my baby shower and we were crunched when it came to time. Roselyn worked with us to deliver exactly what I had envisioned. She also made suggestions on balloon colors and placement of them in relation to the sign. She was easily available by phone and clearly communicated when she would arrive to the location, etc. When she arrived, the balloons were already mostly assembled and she was able to set everything up in less than 20 min. I appreciated that she was prepared since we only had a couple of hours before guests arrived. Her prices are extremely reasonable and fair. I am so happy with the service she provided and highly recommended her for your next event!

I went to social media and contacted 2 people before her but the first cancelled after committing and I wasn't impressed with the second person I spoke to. I went back to the drawing board and searched on Yelp, then called Jennifer. She answered her phone immediately, had a great personality over the phone and was extremely professional. She advised that we first setup a meeting in person as a consultation, so that we can best determine my needs and ideas. She was incredible when we sat down and met, her office had every single balloon color imaginable and she not only asked me the right questions to find out what I was looking to do but she provide guidance and excellent advice! The day of setup and delivery, she arrived with her phenomenal assistant Sherry on time and took care of it all. I was all over the place that day trying to finalize things for my wife's birthday party and she handled everything which gave me a lot of relief. Once everything was setup, she sends me pictures to confirm everything was done but it doesn't stop there. The very next day after the party, her assistant sent me a text message to ask when would be a good time to come pick up her items. Sherry came over at my convenience based on my schedule and left my backyard immaculate! I had confetti balloons pop and the confetti was all over the place. I assumed they didn't have to pick up balloons that popped and confetti but she did and I was very appreciative for that! I only work with companies and people who are reliable, honest, trustworthy and great. Jennifer and her company Ballooniverse are all of that and more! I will be contacting her for future events and recommending her to everyone. She's a great person and is a fantastic small business that has earned my business! God bless you Jennifer and Sherry, keep up the great work.
