My husband rented tables and chairs for the second time from the company. The chairs were good but the tables were damaged, last year the tables we got were in good condition but this year they were not the best condition. It still was useful for what we needed them. During pickup unfortunately no one was home at my parents house, the side gate to the backyard had a lock and they broke it and enter the backyard to get the tables. I don't appreciate it because they could have waited for the tables and chairs until someone was home. I think as a professional company they should have a set a time to pick it up so we can know what time they would be there. I found the lock hidden in the corner broken, was very unprofessional how they just forced themself in. Giving it a 2 star, front desk people really nice but the people who picked the table and chairs up were very unprofessional by doing what they did read more

My daughter's wedding nwas last weekend in my backyard. Weather reports changed during the week and now rain was expected. We called to inquire about getting a tent and both Christine and Molly were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Within 3 hours they had their crew in my backyard and putting up the tent. What could have been a disaster and hugely uncomfortable for our guests was incredibly beautiful with everyone staying dry and having a great time. Their quote was a bit higher than others, but don't regret at all going with them. They took a late evening on call concern before the event and were willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. While the phone rental experience was pleasant, the delivery and pickup process was terrible and completely outweighed any prior pleasantness. Be prepared for zero accuracy on delivery and pick up times and days. The tables were old and difficult to use. Both tables and chairs were missing several leg covers resulting in scratches to my hardwood floors. Last time I will use this company, I do not recommend it AT ALL. read more

If there was an opportunity to rate more than five stars, I would have rated them higher... we had ordered tables and chars for an event at our home last weekend... with expected delivery on Friday... well at 5:10 I realized no tables had been delivered... well as panic struck I called and thankfully Jennifer answered the phone. They had me scheduled for the following weekend... (TOTALLY MY MISTAKE) all contracts had been signed and settled for incorrect weekend... after about three minutes on hold and my heart racing, Jennifer had a solution for us, not a particularly attractive solution but one that would work and that they would deliver Saturday morning which would have us stressed for time but as I said my mistake... about 15 minutes later, Jennifer called and they had a crew coming in from another delivery and Jennifer said that Ron asked them if they would agree to deliver our tables and chairs. They were at my home in less than an hour to make delivery. These guys were professional, pleasant and even went the long way around to get to a convenient spot for tables and chairs to be placed. I think they went above and beyond their responsibility. I appreciate their efforts. I would recommend them to anyone looking for party rentals and know I will return when the need arises.
