My husband rented tables and chairs for the second time from the company. During pickup unfortunately no one was home at my parents house, the side gate to the backyard had a lock and they broke it and enter the backyard to get the tables. I don't appreciate it because they could have waited for the tables and chairs until someone was home. I think as a professional company they should have a set a time to pick it up so we can know what time they would be there. I found the lock hidden in the corner broken, was very unprofessional how they just forced themself in. Giving it a 2 star, front desk people really nice but the people who picked the table and chairs up were very unprofessional by doing what they did

All I can say JC jumpers his own point I called them about a week before Christmas and I needed…read moreabout 19 chairs gave me a quote and all that good stuff let me know how much it was going to cost which was cool got back with me as soon as they could The good part about it they delivered the chairs Christmas Eve and didn't charge extra I was like hey cool can't complain about that did a young lady ask me what time you know did I need to pick him up Christmas Day I'm like well the party is not till 1:00 and she said well no problem we pick him up today after I'm like what okay cool no extra charge he says no so basically I got 19 chairs for around 29 bucks which was not bad and that's including delivery which was cool Cheers were comfortable easy to move around very light but they were sturdy as heck because after all that Christmas eating I needed something that'll hold up folks that ate all day definitely will use them again maybe next time when one of my grandkids have a birthday party I'll get a jumper definitely recommend them for the next time I have something that goes down here at the house
