I called them to let them know and they told me to email them and they would be in contact. I sent an email and never heard from them or got a call back. I got tired of waiting and ended up fixing it on my own. I didn't have time to go back and forth with them and keep bugging them or else I would have. But I found it very unprofessional for them to not follow up with me. I should give 3 starts.
