The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because when they hammered down the cabanas they broke a pipe for my sprinkler system. I called them to let them know and they told me to email them and they would be in contact. I sent an email and never heard from them or got a call back. I got tired of waiting and ended up fixing it on my own. I didn't have time to go back and forth with them and keep bugging them or else I would have. But I found it very unprofessional for them to not follow up with me. I should give 3 starts. But in all honesty they have great rentals... just need to work on customer satisfaction and maybe some type of deals for return customers or customer referrals.

Almost 12 comes and my fiancé decides to call and Danny (the owner) answers and my fiancé said it sounds like he was lounging in a rocking chair. Danny proceeds to switch his story a few times. First story he said he forgot about my event and second story was he had another event and was running behind and he wouldn't be able to get the chairs to the venue for another hour which is past the time the wedding was supposed to start. At this point my fiancé was panicking and we had to tell our wedding coordinator to delay the schedule by about 30 mins.
