It was a huge bounce house that was two different parts connected as one big fun bouncer. One part was a long side by side obstacles corse and than the second part was a big wall to climb before sliding down to the end. The birthday party was a big hit thanks to this backyard entertainment center. The size made it perfect for everyone to play at the same time. The kids had a blast. They had many different options to pick from. Anything from regular square size, all the way to the big beast.

They took care of everything and the castle itself was great quality. All of the kiddos had a great time in it. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a bounce house or any of the other cool things they have available!

The two that dropped it off was very respectful and made sure everything was good to go yeah there were so grass and dirt in the pool part but nothing water couldn't take off and eventually washed out once pool part was filled it was very easy to use and eventually washed hooking the water hose to the sprinkler part was easy. My boys had so much fun I was able to rent it for an extra day they stayed in it til 9:30 having an absolute blast I can't wait to call again with this weather being so hot this was very convenient for my children. A big thank you for the setup team they was on time and again very respectful

Giving 3 starts to average out both experiences…read more Booked a jumper with a slide for daughters 4th bday. Was great - jumper is in excellent condition and he was communicative. Decided to book again for her 5th bday this past weekend. Jumper he brought was beat up and needs to be retired. Noticed right away that when the kids were jumping it was sinking in. Went into it myself and you could feel air coming out of a lot of the seams. The ladder to get up to the slide would fall to the side when they tried to get up, and the kids were stopping in the middle of the slide because it dipped so much from not enough air getting in. I texted him with no response. Ended up finding 2 big holes that we patched with gorilla tape as best we could and sent him pictures. He finally responded and said that "some air is getting out but it's not too bad". I paid $220. It was not cheap, and the jumper was in terrible condition. Not once was I offered at least some of my money back for the faulty jumper. Will not be going with him again next year and do not recommend anyone else does either.

Jered the owner was super kind and assessable anytime I had a question or a confirmation or needed more info. The two young strapping men who came to set up and take down were just as exceptional! We had the 68ft obstacle course/17 ft slide at our little festival last weekend And let me tell you it was THE hit for not just the kiddies, but the adults were able to enjoy right along side their kids. They will be the first call I make when we plan our festival again!! Thank you Jered for everything!!!

A few issues make me hesitant to use them again: 1.) They…read morewere late for delivery/set up and called an hour after the expected time to inform me that they were running behind; 2.) The tables and chairs on their website are white. I was expecting to have white tables and chairs delivered but instead received gray tables and black chair; 3.) Stephanie gave nothing but excuses when I questioned her about the chairs and did nothing to remedy the issue. Personally, I don't care if you recently acquired the business from a friend. As a new business owner I think it would be useful for you to do your due diligence - check your website, check your inventory to make sure things are as advertised, if not, inform your clients so their are no surprises the day of their event. Pros - The water slide worked well.
