The two that dropped it off was very respectful and made sure everything was good to go yeah there were so grass and dirt in the pool part but nothing water couldn't take off and eventually washed out once pool part was filled it was very easy to use and eventually washed hooking the water hose to the sprinkler part was easy. I went to social media and contacted 2 people before her but the first cancelled after committing and I wasn't impressed with the second person I spoke to. I went back to the drawing board and searched on Yelp, then called Jennifer. She answered her phone immediately, had a great personality over the phone and was extremely professional. She advised that we first setup a meeting in person as a consultation, so that we can best determine my needs and ideas. She was incredible when we sat down and met, her office had every single balloon color imaginable and she not only asked me the right questions to find out what I was looking to do but she provide guidance and excellent advice! The day of setup and delivery, she arrived with her phenomenal assistant Sherry on time and took care of it all. I was all over the place that day trying to finalize things for my wife's birthday party and she handled everything which gave me a lot of relief. Once everything was setup, she sends me pictures to confirm everything was done but it doesn't stop there. The very next day after the party, her assistant sent me a text message to ask when would be a good time to come pick up her items. Sherry came over at my convenience based on my schedule and left my backyard immaculate! I had confetti balloons pop and the confetti was all over the place. I assumed they didn't have to pick up balloons that popped and confetti but she did and I was very appreciative for that! I only work with companies and people who are reliable, honest, trustworthy and great. Jennifer and her company Ballooniverse are all of that and more! They had plenty of helpers setting up- so I literally didn't have to do a thing to help. This was very enjoyable for me, having one less thing to worry about for the party. The owner was very friendly, and he had some younger fellas stay for the event itself after set up was complete. They played with the kids the entire time slot we rented, which was also such a luxury for me. They were borderline babysitters with all the young kids running around with them. It was such a stress reliever because it's so hard to entertain guests AND keep and eye on all the kids at the same time. If you're a tired mom I recommend this service- the kids loved it, for what I paid and what service we got it was worth it, I didn't have to do a thing for it, and it came with a couple "babysitters".
