During pickup unfortunately no one was home at my parents house, the side gate to the backyard had a lock and they broke it and enter the backyard to get the tables. I think as a professional company they should have a set a time to pick it up so we can know what time they would be there. I found the lock hidden in the corner broken, was very unprofessional how they just forced themself in.
