If I had a nickel for every time I heard about "the other guys," I could possibly afford their newest "absolute best price we can do." Not a fan. We hired clear flow to complete a significant interior drainage system and waterproofing job in our basement. The project manager, was initially friendly and the quote was competitive. However We submitted our invoice promptly. Weeks went by with no payment. After multiple emails and phone calls with vague promises of "the check is in the mail" or "accounting is processing it," we have received nothing. This is not just a simple delay, it is a complete refusal to fulfill their financial obligation for services they authorized and that we successfully completed.
