What impressed me most was that whenever something else came up, we didn't have to search for another contractor. Flooring, repairs, extra work, changes... one call really did it all. Jeremy and his crew even came back to take care of additional things we added after the original work. On top of all that, his price came in almost $5,000 less than another quote we received! It's hard to find someone who will work with you when a project doesn't go exactly as planned. Jeremy stayed flexible, kept working with us, and made sure everything got taken care of. We truly appreciate everything he and his crew did for us!

Their team was not organized as the job took them 3 weeks to complete on a relatively small job. There were multiple days that they simply did not show up. We believed that one of their employees was drinking on the job because they spilled a drink in our garage freezer that smelled like beer. They damaged our gutter by backing up a truck into it and did not pay for repairs. After the job was finally completed, it rained the next weekend and we were still getting water in the basement. This company claims a 100% lifetime guarantee on their work, but this was not upheld. They would not and have not come back. I spoke with the owner Scott a number of times over 6 months trying to schedule them to finish the repair. He promised multiple times that he would come out, often saying he'd be out the next week, but he never came. As the months progressed Scott continued this unprofessional behavior of stringing us along. All the while our basement continued to have water problems that we paid in full to be fixed. Scott gave a number of excuses and we tried to work with him but it became very obvious that he was never coming back. I'm honestly not sure this company is even doing business now, but if they are I suggest extreme caution when considering them. They may have been a good reputable company at one point, but now they are unorganized and unable to deliver on promises.

I recently purchased an electric vehicle (EV) and was looking to get a home charger installed. Duke…read moreEnergy has an EV charger prep program to get reimbursed for preparing your home or garage with said charger. They will reimburse up to $1,133. After extensively asking Duke all the questions to get this reimbursement, I asked for a list of contractors they have worked with. They gave me a list of 5+ electric companies. Go Green was the 3rd one I called and the only one that answered. Right away, they showed me elevated service. I explained the situation to them and they offered a free consultation to come check out my garage and give me an estimate for the EV charger installation. The very next week, Richie, the technician, came out and met with my husband to check out the space. The first estimate was a little more than what we wanted to spend (with one expensive part being the cost of the surge protector). My husband asked if we could provide the surge protector would Go Green supply the labor for installation. Richie said they could do that and also that he will come up with 5 different customizations of estimates based on different services and promotions. Richie left and within a few hours, the estimates were in my email inbox. I ended up choosing one of the mid-level ones and signed the invoice ocking in the price. Go Green had to order some parts so installation happened a little over 2 weeks later. Richie was the technician for installation too. It took him and his partner a little over 2 hours to install the charger. The city also needed to approve the charger so Richie said Go Green would handle the communication with them so they could come out. I did put in a request with him for a certain day and the city was able to accommodate. Once I received all my documents (the proof of EV registration, my paid invoice, and the approved permit), I applied for Duke's EV charger prep program. I was rejected about a week-ish later for not having an itemized invoice up to their standards. I immediately called Go Green and told them what happened and within the hour, they emailed me a new invoice which I re-submitted to Duke. Two weeks later, Duke emailed me approval for the program and two weeks after that, I received my check in the mail. This is a long review, but I wanted to explain the full process of working with Go Green to get approved for the EV charger prep program. I cannot recommend them enough. They are efficient and professional. I am extremely happy with their work!

I have used Excel Plumbing past decade and trust who they trust. They offered up Solid State Tile and gave me their number. I glanced at Yelp before calling and it was the week of Christmas. Owner came out next day to look, we were with his tile person next day, and on the schedule that week. We picked out tile and the hardest part is waiting for that to arrive. With the holidays it was a wait. Once the materials were in they got us on the schedule within a week. Process is professional and different people come to do different things. They have a great foreman that sets everything up. Demo Crew, membrane crew, tile crew, and drywall guy. All of the people at my house representing this company were great. Tile is expensive, I understand more what drives the price after seeing the process. We only chose to replace the floor and had to go a foot up all around. Tile company they had us work with helped keep us near budget and match up the new tile to matches the old tile in our 20 year old house.
