So when notifying Rumpke about being unhappy with the fee they cancelled my whole payment and said mail in payment. Of course they could have just refunded the fee and took the payment. So now they will have to deal with the mail delay TA DA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also notified my city mayor & clerk to let citizens know. Not sure why a large company uses a process the charges this fee.

Lo and behold- I created more wrinkles than the packaging they came in with. They looked HORRIBLE! Panicking- I called several dry cleaners with no luck.
