Best plumbing experience we've had in AZ!! Our water heater went on Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. I texted Newtech, they immediately responded, gave me a price for replacement (which was 50% less than other quotes I received!!!!!) and scheduled an appointment for the next day. So Surprised! I was a General contractor for 12 years so I know what to expect when it comes to repairs. Let's be honest nobody likes repairs and does not want to have to search in panic for a professional to randomly visit your busy household! I was searching stores to get a price on hot water heaters when I saw the ad pop up on google... I thought to my self... ok... this guy can supply, install and hall away my old one for only a extra couple hundred bucks, heck I'm gonna give him a try! All I had to do to get my repair completed was: 1. text and request an appointment, 2. receive a response in 15 minutes to learn he could do it in the same day for the price on the website (NO BS!!!)! We drove into the driveway and water was coming out of the garage - oh, no! Tried to get the people with a kiosk at Costco. Scheduling run around. The following day - we searched online and called Newtech...Edgar and he said "I am working a job but I can be there around 4pm." At 4, the phone rang, "Picking up your water heater at the warehouse." At 4:30pm, he showed up and replaced the gas hot water heater. Hauls away the old one and cleans up afterward. We got our new Rheem Pro Classic installed today by the company owner, Edgar. He was super friendly, prompt and the price was just as advertised! We got our 50-gallon electric water heater installed, with new flex lines, a drip pan, recycling of our old water heater and to top it off a year warranty on his work! Everything done under the advertised price, no gimmicks! The water heater itself has a 6 year manufacturer warranty (that you can upgrade to a longer warranty if desired with Rheem).
