Because the website was not well explained and very illogical. I almost called them to forget about my appointment and went elsewhere. Everyone who came to this clinic had some sort of sinus problems because I heard them talk funny. One elderly man was grumbling about how difficult it was to fill up the new patient form on a tablet. I was glad I did it in private, because no one wants to hear me screaming. When I interacted with my doctor, she talked in jargon that I'm not familiar with. After I asked about it, she wrote the medical terms of my condition and medication I needed on a sticky note. She asked me to call back in a week for the summary of visit. The prescription is also over the counter. I asked her to send it to my pharmacy because I don't know which one to buy. Guess what? She didn't send it. I ended up getting the wrong thing.
