When our kids were little Santa left books at the foot of the bed so they could unwrap and stay in bed and read until it was at least 7am. Well, 20 and 22 and we're still doing it. I needed a couple of recommendations and could not have been happier to have help from the staff. Kind, knowledgeable and chock full of fantastic ideas. What I thought would be me meandering the aisles for hours (not that I don't love to do that, I just couldn't today) turned into a quick amazing process. If I could give 10 I would. I brought it back to the store for a return and she says no reurns, call the number on the back of the package. There was no sign on the display that says no returns so she refused to stand behind the product only saying "well we sell lots of it". As a business owner myself I have processed many returns...it is simple you give the customer their money back and call the manufacturer saying I have a return to get credit on. She did not apologize or feel bad that I was completely dissatisfied. Terrible customer service, will never be back.

There is another guy in town that prefers to never open and that's a pain when his business sign says open and nada. I've been back to these guys 3 times and going again today. Also they have everything a real cigar selection, from Arturo Fuente to Drew Estate and evening else. Also lighters, cutters, boveda, they even have cedar spills. if you vape they have that all as well. Road I found you guys on this trip.
