Not busy and not very welcoming. Selection is very limited. I've been to many cigar lounge, and this one was disappointing. Might be best to bring in higher quality cigars. Most in the store can be found at regular nearby smoke shops. read more

3 stars is the best I can give the store. And I'll 2 of the star are out of my love for cigars. Never mind the fact that the more popular bands are overpriced to the max, but the lesser bands are barely reasonably priced. And the clerk stood over my back like a shadow. Great selection. They are Drew Estate diplomats, so they have many hard to get (Unico Series) cigars. Friendly staff with clean and well maintained walk-in humidor. Fun blends of pipe tobacco and cool man cave accessories. read more

Normally, small cigar shops like this don't offer such a great selection. For it's size, this place is better than 70% of the PDX humidors. No smoking lounge, but technically you can't hold that against them. They also have some great beers and even citizen watches off all things. Amazing service. Fantastic selection. Great prices. This place is just a class act. I've seen that said in previous reviews, but it's just the best way to describe Cigar Cave. Great prices, knowledgable owners for new cigar smokers like myself, and a wide selection in a humidor that is not like anywhere near the area. If you live in the area, ask to join the text club to hear about bimonthly events and sales on brands. You won't be disappointed. Additionally, I'm hearing rumors that they are trying to open in Medford. For a Medford resident like myself, there isn't much better news. read more

Won't make another trip to the Cigar Cave. On all 5 of my last visits, they were out of the majority of the cigars I was looking for. I can understand being out of particular brands once in a while, that's business. But, being out of cigars 5 times in a row, poor management/operations. If demand is high for a particular cigar, you order more to keep up with the demand. Of course, I'm always offered "alternative" more expensive cigars at their recommendation, but at the listed prices. It appears to me, they intentionally leave the less expensive cigar boxes empty to try to get you to spend extra money on something you never wanted in the first place. I gave you plenty of chances to stock your shelves, you continue to disappoint. I do believe in supporting my local business', unfortunately, the Cigar Cave does not believe in supporting it's local customers.
