She's 76 years old and needed a new mod. All she's used in the past was simple mods. They sold her a $120+ dollar model with all the bells and whistles which was much more then she needed and when showing her how to use it the salesman/owner had issues getting it to work. When my mom got it home and the batteries needed to be changed she couldn't get it working again. She called and they told her to return it and they'd replace it or refund her money. We drove the 20 miles back to the store and they managed to get it working again and told her if she had any more problems to bring it back and they'd replace it or refund her money. Again, after the battery died the first time she had the exact same issue so we drove back the 20 miles to the store. They again got it working and refused to replace or refund her money. There is obviously an issue but told her because they could get it working they wouldn't refund or replace it. She's 76 years old! They shouldn't expect her to have to "play around with" a mod to get it to work. If the issue is that the mod is to complicated for her then they shouldn't have sold her more then she needed and once they realized she was unable to operate it they should have replaced or refunded her money but they were very unprofessional and refused to make the situation right. I was stunned that this is how they would treat a long time loyal customer. They've lost any business from our family and I wouldn't recommend giving this business any support. There are better vape shops in town, with better prices and much better customer service. Buyer Beware if you purchase anything from them, you may be stuck with junk that only works part of the time.
