I am severely injured so when i shop for medicine, it is not for recreational, i have much respect for ETD and their employees who are caring. been going to ETDispensary and just today i thought they lost my ID but really, Kristy already handed it back to me and i misplaced in inside my wallet. not finding first search was stressing me out losing my ID so i was becoming grumpy fast. She cared and searched the possible location she used it at, and told me she remembers handing it back, but i did not. All I can say is WOW! Not sure if I went at a peak time of the day or if they're always full of customers, but either way it was packed! Nevertheless, I was extremely impressed with the staff's ability to acknowledge and help everyone in the store. They were friendly, approachable, and most importantly very knowledgeable about their wide variety of products. I found this particularly helpful as I am not extremely familiar with different varieties of cannabis. The gentleman who helped me asked all the right questions and led me to exactly what I was looking for, even though I didn't know what that was myself when I walked through the door. I go to Emerald to see the vast selection and to visit with my favorite bud tender Dom he's so friendly and knowledgeable about all the varieties they have to offer. The people are always very friendly, every single time I walk in there. They recommend really great stuff. Went in there for my 21st birthday and was given a free T-shirt, stickers, wrist band, and sunglasses from altered alchemy one of my favorite wax brands. Great dabs! Always have a wide variety of extracts and I really dig the dab display. I also like seeing new and different edible products that aren't available elsewhere in the valley.
