Bought a used VW here. When getting the car they told me that there was an issue and the part was ordered. They called a week later and told me to bring the car to have the part changed. They completed the repair in 1 hour. A month later noticed an oil leak. Called them and brought car down. They promptly fixed the issue. I bought a car with close to $100k mileage. The price was very fair. They were honest and found a problem before delivery. I found an issue and they promptly fixed it. They were a great family run operation that was very honest. read more

I purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot on 02/05/2025 that I saw and test drove and had a buyer's guide with a 60 warranty but the day of the contract and pick up it was changed to an as-is purchase I should had walked away the SUV had a bad transmission that started giving me issues 3 days later I kept bringing it back and hey could not find anything wrong so I took it to a Honda dealer and they told me it had a bad transmission I had to replace it 05/2025 and it cost me 5k. Please stay away!!!!!! BEWARE run away from this dealer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Bought a 2016 Audi Q5 from Newfield Auto Sales. Within a week of purchase the car was back there for repairs. Ultimately they replaced the piston rings and did something wrong. Within 5 days of getting the car back it spun a bearing. Car is undriveable and needs a new motor. Paid top dollar for the car and now needs $12k - $15k to replace the motor. Obviously not worth it! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS FACILITY! read more

Recently purchased a vehicle here that may have looked brand new. I brought it home to give it a good hand wash and comes to find out I revealed the truth. 100's of paint chips, stretches on many corners of the car and more. They may seem to sell you the best but in reality it's not worth the money they charge. I would never recommend this place to anyone, if you're guna buy a used car, you mise well get it from the dealership them selfs. It will cost the same amount if anything cheaper. This place makes it look good when in the mids of buying, but deff not worth it. There warranty page on there website isn't even updated and is "under construction" so how can you even see if they even warranty it back to dealer. NEVER AGAIN !! read more

Buyer Beware!!!! Have your potential purchase checked out by a mechanic but not at Newfield. Justin sells cars without even looking at them. I way overpaid for a car that has 10K work to be done. Best to avoid this company. read more

Only giving them a one star since it won't allow me to give the a zero. Bought a Mercedes GL450 with supposedly 98,000 miles with a Carfax that looked amazing. 4,500 miles later the engine blew. Took it to two different reputable mechanics and both verified that the engine was recently tampered with. They were even dumb enough to use silicone where the engine gaskets should have gone. Called them to see what they would do about it and of course they said, Not my problem. They obviously lied/fabricated the Carfax or pulled the good motor out and put this junk motor in. DON'T EVER even go to this ripoff dealership. I filed a complaint with DMV with pictures of the tampered motor but haven't heard back yet read more

Great guys to do business with. I was searching for over three months for A Mercedes ML350. I went to a dozen dealers all over the tristate area (I'm in NYC) most were slime-balls running various scams, bait and switch, exorbitant added fees, etc. Finally found the car I wanted at Newfield Auto. At first I was reticent to make the trip up there but my Lady insisted. I'm glad she did because they had the car, let us test drive it and spend time looking it over without any pressure at all. We negotiated a fair price, no nonsense or BS. I paid in cash so I cannot speak of the finance end but given the way the rest of the deal went I'd doubt there would be any issues there. The car drives great, I'm very satisfied with the service. ED. read more

very bad dealer, people have no respect, They are not honest at all they just want you to pay them. They lied right to my face. I bought an Audi Q5 from them and I found out it has some mechanical issues, then the car stopped in the middle of the road and I had to get it towed, after bringing it to the Audi dealership they said the the car has a few issues and that all 4 tires also need to be replaced. Keep in mind that I already told the dealer that the tires need to be changed and he kept avoiding it and claiming that the tires are "fine" now when I went back to the dealership, when it's only been 3 days since I bought the car and I have a 60 day warranty on it from them, the dealer said "We can't help you" read more

I urge you not to buy a car from this place. They are the typical definition of a used car salesmen. They will say anything to get you to buy a car and knowingly sell you a piece of crap to make a bit of money. My young daughter bought a car from these people. She is a new teacher and doesn't make a lot of money. I live on the west coast and was unable to help her. She was so excited about her new job and wanted to do things on her own. I'm sure the salesman who sold her the car recognized her situation and went into action. He got her to buy a Nissan for about $1,500 over the market value. Worse yet, he sold her a lemon that, in less than a year, needed a new transmission, new timing belt and new wheel baring's. It cost the poor girl over $5,000 to make the car reliably drivable. That means she spent almost $11,000 on a car worth $4,000. Shame on Newfield Auto for taking advantage of a young girl looking for her first car. Shame on you for costing a girl thousands of dollars all so that you can make a few extra dollars in profit. On a teacher's salary, it is going to take her years to financially recover from this. Instead of paying off her student loans, she now has to pay high interest credit cards. What you did is a disgrace. Don't let this situation repeat itself. Don't buy a car from this place. read more

I was in the market for a Honda CR-V and after going to 2 Honda dealerships and 2 used car dealerships I ended up at Newfield. Now I want to say that Justin's Customer service and knowledge of finance situations was a cut above the rest. After my test drive I asked to see the undercarriage, they put it on the lift without any hesitation. I asked to have the vehicle scanned with a DTC reading, done without any questions. The vehicle came with an aftermarket key fob and the fob broke trying to change the battery a week after my purchase. I called and explained the problem and without skipping a beat he called and made arraignments for a mobile key service to come out and replace the key and fob at no cost to me. I highly recommend this dealership. Justin didn't try to sell me the vehicle, he allowed me to look over the SUV and he answered any and all my questions. I never give 5 stars but Justin made this experience memorable, my daughter and I drove away in my CRV the same day. read more

No stars. They are crooks. Sold me a car and a week later the car was broken down. I asked them if they could fix it and they said no even though they sold me a bogus warranty. Don't buy a car from them. They are the most dishonest people. No stars!!! They will take your money and will never want to hear from you again!! The car was was broken 3 months later and I was out thousands of dollars. read more

Terrible customer service, little to no help or information provided by the person I spoke with. He did not even give me his name and did not ask mine either. So glad that I had already been given a heads up about these guys‍ read more

Do not waste your time dealing with these people. The cars look nice and the employees are nice to you at first. Then if you have an issue with the vehicle rather than solving the problem and apologizing for the inconvenience; they would rather argue and put the blame on you. I bought a car from here and was back to the dealer two times within a month for simple things that should've and could've been taken care of prior to me purchasing the vehicle. The owner of this establishment was very rude, condescending and ignorant; then when you reiterate the treatment that you are given he threatens to call the police on you, when at the end of the day you were only trying to get your vehicle fixed and never have to return to this disgusting establishment ever again! Terrible customer service and worst experience I've had !! Save yourself the trouble !! read more

This dealer was lovely! I got a great deal on my car (a 2015 Civic) and when I had an issue with my air conditioning, they fixed it for me free of charge, despite it not being covered under my limited warranty. Very nice people :) read more

I purchased a car from Justin back in May 2019, I brought the car for a check at Firestone who told me that all 4 tires were bad. I went back to Newfield Auto who sent me to Town Fair Tire for new tires. I was fine with my car until 7 months later, I am witnessing a leak in my tire and I had it checked by a mechanic who advised me that there is a plug in the rear tire and the rear tires are 4 years old while the front tires are new. This means that Newfield only had Town Fair replace the front tires and not the back. Why didn't they replace all 4 when I went back immediately to report? I paid a visit to Justin at Newfield Auto who proceeded to go over policy in regards to me bringing an issue past the 30 days. He tried to say they don't know about a plugged tire and nothing they can do. He also tried to put the blame on me stating that I could've been the one to plug it and/or damage it. I am upset that I went there and reported my tire issues within 1 day of purchase and they did a half ass job on the tires. This is not good customer service as had they fixed all 4 when I went back, I would not be having this issue. Now I have to come out of pocket for those 2 rear tires. I have never witnessed something like this in all my years of buying cars, dealers are supposed to take care of you. Newfield only wants to be your friend for 30 days after purchase so you don't return it. I HAVE BEEN FUCKED BY NEWFIELD AUTO!! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR UNLESS YOU PLAN ON FIXING ON YOUR OWN!! read more

I waited a year after I bought a car there to be sure nothing went wrong. I've had problems with every dealer I've bought a used car from before this one. It's still hard for me to believe that everything went right here with no problems. I dealt with Justin, very professional, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. Selection was good, and he was happy to do everything he could to get me the car I wanted the way I wanted it. Everything went as it should have, and I've had no problems read more
