Late last year we were in town and stopped in the bakery and asked if they'd be willing to do something a little different than the typical wedding cake. We wanted mini-tiramisus for our guests and a big tiramisu for us. Rene was delighted by the request and welcomed the break from all the wedding cakes. She delivered the tiramisus and set-up a beautiful display of them on wood stumps and she brought in some gold heart decor and greenery. We misplaced our cake topper and messaged her the day ofand she improvised by using a heart stencil with the cocoa powder that came out so nice. Our guests were already raving about how amazing the dessert display was and they raved even more after they ate the dessert. Some people were like I don't normally like tiramisu but I love this. and it was SO good. We brought our whole tiramisu (and maybe a few minis as well) back to our hotel and ate it all throughout our wedding weekend. Rene was a pleasure to work with. We had several calls and emails with her. And she listened and really captured what we wanted. A few of our guests saw I listed this bakery as our dessert vendor on our website and they stopped in over our wedding weekend and said how sweet Rene was as well.

Trish was easy to work with; she was extremely flexible and we were able to make our flavor and headcount selections 5 days prior to the big day which relieved a lot of stress. We were both extremely happy with the end result and all our guests raved about the favor of our cake. Finally, Trish coordinated delivery and payment with our venue so we basically left our cake topper and final payment with the venue; when we got to the reception everything was set up perfectly.
