I was extremely disappointed we didn't actually cook anything. Everyone was very nice but my expectations for a $100 + cooking class per person were not met considering we didn't cook anything. I was handed a packet with all the recipes for the food we were "making". The first recipe was the crab rangoon except all we did was stuff the wonton wrappers and actually put it together. Same with the bao buns. At no point were the porcupine meatballs even a thing. They were made prior, mentioned, and put on our plates. Everything was made in advance. So I paid to fill wonton wrappers and get printed out recipes I could find online. Also, we weren't even going to get to stuff the bao buns. They were going to have a group of people do each thing - 1 to stuff the buns and the other crab Rangoon except I said I wanted to do the buns too so everyone got to do a couple. Honestly the food was bland except for the bao buns. I won't be using their recipes. Truely disappointed and feel like I was swindled out of money. They should be more forthcoming about what this "cooking class" entails. It's not actually cooking.

I found Paul on yelp and he responded very quickly on a weekend in the evening. He has a mobile business during the day and sharpens knives and scissors from his home after he returns. I dropped my knives on his porch and picked them up after my son went to bed in the evening. He was flexible and communicative. I dropped of 7 knives and my kitchen scissors and it was less than $40 for the whole lot. My knives are better than when they were new and I am blown away. He is so reasonable and did a great job.
