Instead I cherish the bonding time that I have with my little one. Because of Covid, we did a video conference instead of an in-house visit. She believed a number of my son's symptoms: not pooping every day, colic, constant crying, not liking tummy time, and sleep issues were caused by a tongue and lip tie. He had fallen into a pattern of taking short cat naps throughout the day, and I had no idea if this was something that would grow out of or if there was something else we should be doing. Pam shared a number of things that would help our baby extend his sleep cycles, and within one day he went from taking 30 minute naps to napping for 1-2 hours!!! Any question, request, guidance needed - Stephanie was there. She made us feel no shame in asking the smallest questions. She was clear about when something was evidence-based vs her intuition/experience. She never pushed us to do anything and was always supportive of decisions we made. It was important to me and my husband to have a natural birth, which was my main motivation to hire a doula. Truly could not have delivered this baby without Stephanie (I mean, I would have, of course - but likely after much more pain and decisions I would later regret). She was with us on the phone (my husband, mostly) as soon as my water broke and she was with us in person by the time contractions got heavy to get us through the later stages of labor and the pushing/delivery process. Stephanie worked so in sync with the midwife and nurse on my delivery team - it took a village! In addition to Stephanie supporting me, she was also an amazing guide and support to my husband - equipping him with reading materials before delivery and coaching him on best ways to support me throughout labor and delivery. In the days after our baby was born, we talked to Stephanie every day. She visited us to make sure baby was latching properly, showed me some other tips and tricks for feeding, and has continued to provide us with guidance on feeding and pumping and all feeding things! The building was easy to find and there was ample parking available in the lot so no issues on that front. I arrived early and was greeted by a friendly guy named Gilbert who was very accommodating throughout the whole process. The class itself was straightforward with Gilbert encouraging an interactive atmosphere while also answering any questions that he received to clarify anything. Since I had not done my BLS certification in a few years, I wasn't the fastest student he probably ever dealt with when it came to demonstrating skills but he was patient and gave me valuable pointers. Overall, I enjoyed taking my BLS certification class here and would consider coming here again for any other certifications I may need down the road.

The clogged ducts, problems with latching, PAIN, exhaustion, mastitis, being tethered to your baby for what seems like forever, cluster feeding, low milk production, pumping, and on and on!!!! Tack on the guilt and shame you can feel when nothing seems to be going right, and you have yourself a recipe for a heaping dose of PPD. I was LOST and felt ALONE. Catherine not only knew what to do, she was an unconditional supporter of everything I needed and wanted to do throughout the process. No judgement. Not pushy. She always knew exactly what to say to steer my thought process into a productive and positive place (AND make me laugh). I cannot recommend her enough and I'm not sure what I would have done if she didn't come into our lives. The staff are all rockstars in their profession. For ten years, I've had difficulty giving blood... using the smallest needle.. and when I began working with Heather -- she switched to normal needle and explained to me how the body works for blood retrieval and voila!! We got blood every time and WITHOUT pain! She is boss! Every doctor in this office is beyond beyond beyond AMAZING in their wisdom, love and thoroughness! There are 4 docs rotating and everyone we are buddies with... Yoni delivered via C section bc our little guy was breach with minimal fluid to rotate and umbilical cord around neck... Dr Yoni held me and breathed with me during the needles for anasisia (sp?) moments before C section surgery, his love and care and gentleness calmed my high blood pressured induced anxiety --- and minutes later delivered our baby boy healthy and strong!!! The recovery for the C section has been EXCELLENT!!!!!! It's 2 weeks and I'm off of pain meds with mobility! Every nurse at the hospital complemented the incision and how great it is!!! We are so grateful for them! Everyone one!!! Everyone is amazing from reception to scheduling to billing -- the best with working with the insurances. The front office is so effective in their ability to get you into the office working with your schedule--- and they are soooooo kind in doing it! If you are seeking a place to go... look no further!!! We absolutely love this office. And having the ultrasound in house made it efficient when the doctor was examining his umbilical cord in the last weeks before delivery! They are phenomenal!!!!!

Dr Abdelhak is a high risk pregnancy doctor, and I felt at ease under his care. Dr Ratzerdorfer delivered my first and he's truly gifted at what he does. Complicated delivery with so much ease and confidence, that I trusted the process and his decisions comfortably. Dr Resnikoff delivered my second, and she made the whole experience so smooth. She was very calm and approachable throughout the pregnancy and delivery. Highly recommend this practice.
