Was in the market for a new car. Had sold our only car since my wife and I work from home - So we didn't have a car to drive to Newberg Ford from Columbia County. Kevin the used car manager, Nate in sales, and Mike in finance were all incredibly transparent and helpful with me from the start. What I really appreciate is that, even though I had to do this deal completely over the phone and via text, they took my business seriously the whole way through. Not only that, they even drove over an hour to come get me in Columbia County and drive me back to the dealership so I could test drive the car. They worked harder to get me numbers and I'm thankful and fortunate they had the color and trim I wanted. That helped for sure! I got the deal I wanted. IMO, Newberg Ford beat Damerow, Landmark, Tonkin/Hillsboro, Bud Clary Ford in customer service, professionalism, and price!! That's rare to get all 3! They didn't even force me to put a deposit or a down payment to hold the car. They just marked it as sold! Just an A+ experience from top to bottom. I would highly recommend at least giving them a look before purchasing your Ford elsewhere if you're in the greater Portland metro area. I hope you get the same experience I did.

Hello everyone I would like to share my experience buying a new used vehicle from this fine dealership. First off my hats off to the professional and friendly environment. The manager Brad was A+ he was so helpful friendly and pleasant to work with. We agreed on a great price on the Truck of my dreams a Ford Raptor. He gave me a great deal on my trade in . It was a big purchase for me and a dream come true. To complete the transaction was the salesman Keith. He was personable with patience and passionate about his job and being straightforward with all my questions . Again I can't say enough about this dealership they went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant and enjoyable. I highly recommend them when looking for a new or used vehicle. They are A+ and I will buy from them again. Contact the Brad the manager and he will gladly help you out.

I had to trade in my car and Kaleb was SO helpful through the whole process. This location has the most friendly and helpful staff. Worth the drive from Portland 10/10.

Keith at Newberg Ford is great to work with as he is friendly and listens to what your preferences are regarding vehicles. He made the car buying experience easy!

The van I still don't have the title to even though Newberg has been paid. Great going guys! Cheers!

I got a decent deal on a van I bought from Newberg Ford after that is when the problems started. I ended up having to fix the van at an auto parts store due to a blown off CAC tube. Luckily it was as simple as tightening a clamp and clearing a underboost code. (Keep in mind the CAC tube blew off because of poor workmanship on Newbergs end, that tube was removed to replace a leaking exhaust manifold per an agreement made before the van was purchased.) About a month later I called newberg frustrated as the title still wasn't sent out. Admittedly I was angry but hearing Brad tell me to "have at it" when it came to reviewing Newberg ford was the cherry on top. Absolutely no understanding on Brad's end, next time admit fault and move on Brad don't push blame in the uppity manner you did.

What a surprisingly great experience with the sales team at Newberg Ford. We worked with Paul Pappas for the entire transaction and he made it very pleasant. This is saying a lot as I had a terrible experience at another Ford dealer in Beaverton. I called Paul and asked about a truck. I told him what I wanted to do and Paul was very clear about price and finance options. I made a time to come look at and test drive the truck. Needless to say it was perfect and I bought. The only time Paul left me with another person was when I had to sign the documents. Roy(?), I believe was the name of the finance manger, he was great. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Complete transaction from start to finish took about an hour and a half. Thank you Paul and team. We will be back. I am looking forward to interacting with their service department.

All-in-all the crew at Newberg CDJR communicated throughout the whole process, fixed the body damage, sent a new charger and are still working on my title from Oregon so I can complete the registration. This has been the most difficult purchase ever, but I must say they did try to make things right, so credit to them for that.

I would strongly recommend verifying the VIN of any vehicle you test drive at this dealership…read moreagainst the VIN in any online advertisement to make sure they match. I came to Newberg CDJR specifically because of an AutoTrader listing for a 2024 Hyundai IONIQ 5 Limited AWD with approximately 10,000 miles, VIN ending in 2095. When I arrived, the salesperson (Mike Jeffers) asked me if I knew the VIN of the vehicle I was there to see. I thought that was an odd question at the time... especially because I was subsequently told that they only had one IONIQ 5. I was given that IONIQ 5 to test drive, inspected it, and then spent time negotiating a purchase. I was ultimately given an offer with a selling price and trade-in value to consider After leaving the dealership, I discovered that the vehicle I had actually test driven and negotiated for was not the vehicle listed in the listings. The advertised vehicle was: VIN ending 2095 2024 IONIQ 5 Limited ----AWD---- Approximately ---10,500-- miles The vehicle I was actually shown and given pricing for was: VIN ending 0428 2024 IONIQ 5 Limited ---RWD--- Approximately ---25,800-- miles So the vehicle I was shown had more than twice the mileage and was RWD instead of the advertised AWD vehicle. The advertised car and the test drive car were not the same.... And they only had ONE Ioniq 5 on the lot. ...At no point during the test drive or negotiations was it made clear to me that I was being shown a different vehicle from the one they had advertised. Had I bought it and ignored the mileage difference I would have thought I was buying an AWD and actually getting a RWD. What makes the experience even MORE concerning to me is that as I was considering my options I went back to the website to check the Carfax only to find the listing for the 10,000-mile AWD vehicle, as well as the dealership's own online listing for it had disappeared... in effect removing the VIN discrepancy footprint from the web Whether this was intentional or the result of extraordinarily poor inventory management, I can't know. ...But as a customer, the result was the same: I came in to look at an advertised 10,000-mile AWD vehicle and was instead test-driving and negotiating the purchase of a 25,000-mile RWD vehicle without being told they were different cars, which is the definition of BAIT AMD SWITCH. That experience destroyed my confidence in the dealership, and I walked away - which is too bad because I was previously very comfortable doing business with them and with Newberg Chevrolet (where the vehicle was park) having purchased vehicles from them in the past. While I don't blame Mike explicitly he is certainly complicit with his sales manage Russell. I will not be back and would advise you to go elsewhere. This place is shady
