This salon has moved to 5306 Webster Court Yakima, into a converted garage. There are three chairs so best to call ahead for an appointment or to ask about availability. I really enjoyed my spa pedicure. The massage chair was so relaxing, and all three of the family members who worked on my feet were courteous and professional. My calf massage wasn't rushed and the amazing hot paraffin treatment was included. There's a large selection of nail polish for my regular pedi and I felt seen and heard as a customer. I am so glad I took a chance on this salon. This is the kind of small business I am happy to support. read more

Told me they wanted 95 dollars for a basic short french tip with a small 3d flower, terrible customer service as well as weird looks for not wanting to pay the price. Couldn't draw on french tips so decided she wanted me to get white tips so she wouldn't have to draw them, insisted if I wasn't getting what they wanted it would be more expensive. read more

This place sucks!! They over charge you for everything. They mess up your nails after they're done and expect you to leave with fucked up nails that you just payed for. Disrespectful ass workers. The lady likes to talk shit about her customers in Chinese. So be prepared with google translate on your phone. read more

My girlfriend and I went to New York nails. We both needed to get pedicures. We got sat in a massage chair and they started to run the water. Everything was fine until the people came to work on our feet. They were clipping my toenails and dropping them into the water. I found that quite gross even though I didn't say anything. After that happened they finished the pedicure. About a week later I noticed my big toe started to hurt. I figured it was my shoes till it got so bad I couldn't walk on it. I went to urgent care after I couldn't stand the pain anymore. They informed me I had a very infected ingrown toe nail. I was put on antibiotics and was told to use epson salt. I thought the worst was over but then the cuticle part of my toe nail started to turn green and flaking off. Within 10min half my toenail was off. I had to have a physician take off my toenail and now I am on fungus antibiotics. I hope no one ever goes through what I have. It's painful and very unpleasant looking. I will NEVER go back and will encourage others not to either. read more

I'm very impressed with their attention to detail with safety during this time of COVID-19. Masks, plexiglass separating technicians from customers and between customer chairs. I only get pedicures there so cannot comment on fingernails, but I've always been happy with my pedicures. In addition to leg massage they also put your feet in wax, which keeps them moisturized for much longer. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mother is 83 and treated me to a pedicure yesterday while visiting in Yakima. We went to New York Nails on 58th and Tieton. She was so excited to be treated to a well needed pedi. She has had back surgery, double knee surgery, hip replacements, edema and just had her 2nd pacemaker put in. All of this to say, besides being elderly, she cannot properly take care of her feet and was looking forward to a well deserved pedicure. While we did have a great time visiting, I couldn't help but wonder why after 2 hours of sitting in the pedi chair with little done but a soak, they kept walking by her, mumbling under their breath, while working on everyone else?! They just ignored her and left her to sit, watch and wait. She was pleasant, jovial as always, despite her pain and discomfort in sitting for 2 hours. They finally clipped her nails, then had the audacity to ask if she wanted her nails painted as well! (Since it had now been over 2 and half hours?!) Jaw drop! She paid for the extra special, expensive pedi (and a generous tip) with hot wax and a massage (she never got either one) She only wanted to pamper me and to be pampered. They all but treated her like she had the plague. They wanted nothing to do with her. Let alone making her feel special or like she mattered! Shame on New York Nails for being so negligent and thoughtless. I used to be a nail tech and have had many pedis. I have never encountered such awful customer service, not to mention getting what she paid for. I didn't say anything at the time, since I didn't want to embarrass her by causing a scene. She too, was smiling, talking and trying to make the best of our experience despite being ignored and forgotten. I challenge any nail salon in Yakima to give my mother the proper pampering and pedi she deserves. She is a kind hearted, loving soul who would give you the shirt off her back. But rarely treats herself to anything since she is always doing for others. #shameonnewyorknails read more

Literally the worst experience ever. Luckily I didn't have to wait but that was about the only positive. I went in last Sunday for a Fill and pedicure. The minute I sat down in the pedicure chair it all went downhill. First off one of the girls working there made a rude comment about my accent. Then we move on to the pedicure where (1) The first girl barely but any effort in. If I just wanted my feet rubbed and polished I could stay home (2) The guy they brought in to paint my nails did a HORRIBLE job. I had to stop him to get him to fix things and I still have stray polish on my skin after he finally finished Then we move on to the fill. First off the guy kept jerking my arm and demanding that I move closer. My knees were already hitting the divider underneath. Let's not point out that HE DID NOT BOTHER MOVING OR LEANING FORWARD. He just sat back in his chair jerking my arm and being rude. My nails look absolutely horrible. He never bothered to even ask how I wanted them filed and I had to stop him to get him to cut them. All in all I wouldn't go back here even if were free. Run to any place but here read more

The service was pleasant and inviting. The pedicure was relaxing and well done. The COVID-19 procedures were excellent.

I paid $80 for a manicure and pedicure. My mistake was giving 15% gratuity without a close look. The bottle used was dry and almost empty so some of my nails appear one coated compared to the others. The leg rub lasted 30 seconds, at most! Then came the manicure. I specifically asked him to focus on my cuticles as I am a gardener and that is the hardest part for me to do on my own. I have real nails and I'm 61 years old., but showing signs of aging with ridges. So I also asked for a good buffing. He did buff, but did not do my cuticles. He rushed me throughout the entire time I was there. I made an appointment! There was one walk-in and two men available. I won't go back! read more

One of the lady's there? Rushes me to the front to finish drying my fingers Didnt even bother to turn the machine for me, so the whole Time I wasted my Time thinking it was on. And when I asked her, she looked and gave me a rude way of talk. And also overally charged! read more

bad service. not friendly. She kept my friends cash as a tip just assuming she was going to tip her. They always take forever and keep your feet soaking for hours. do not recommend, they need new workers. read more

They attended me and my friend fairly quickly and were nice. The conversation was not very professional in my opinion. I wouldn't go there again. They charged me $41 dollars for a pedi that wasn't all that great. We wanted a gel pedi that was full opaqueness of glitter and we picked it out from there book, the lady told us they were going to put a base first then the glitter but what we got was not at all what we saw on the book or what we wanted. The application wasn't done well either. They also didn't wear any gloves at all. read more

Didn't clean up my cuticles, the shellac looks swirly and some spots are bumpy But hey, at least they have beer and wine!

By far the worst nail salon I have been to. Water was cold for pedicure. Nails were rushed and thick. Not worth the $100.

Don't go here. When we were not greeted after a few minutes of arriving I should of takin that as a warning. The pedi was okay but when I paid the lady said my card didn't go through so she swiped it a 2nd time, then wanted to swipe it a 3rd time so I brought up my bank acct. With mobile app and my acct reflected two 57 dollar charges pending. I showed it to her but she did not care and was acting very dramatic about it even after I wrote down my name and phone number and assured her if the transactions she charged don't end up going through I will come in and pay her cash. I was about to be late for my scheduled massage and tried to explain to her the solution several times yet she wasn't having it! She followed me to the car ranting and insisting I give her my driver licence which I did not feel comfortable doing because she was not acting rationally. I spent 10 more minutes in the parking lot with her leaning in my window trying to explain a reasonable solution. She finally let us leave. My 3 yr old granddaughter was with us and it was a BAD experience. If the transaction doesn't go through my bank acct I will drop off cash and run!:) I made it to my massage appt and am grateful, I'm still shocked about that situation and the way that lady did business. Yikes! read more

I was not please with my pedicure i went in with a french tip shellac on my toes and came out with a very bad french tip. They did not take off my shellac completely and painted right over it. The top coat they used did not sit well and made it look like a mess. My friend also got a pedicure she had waiting about 15-20 minutes to put her sandals on and once she did her big toe polish came right off . We were very unhappy with it. read more

My daughter and I both had pedicures and shellac polish on our nails. Pedicure was just OK, but the shellac on both our nails wasn't put on even at all , had polish on skin that wasn't taken off and nails weren't filed at all so nails were all different lengths. We will not be going back... read more

By far one of the worst places I've gone. They made my nails crooked, different lengths and did terrible on the color. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. They are nice people they just need to spend more time on detail and go back and learn more. read more

I will NEVER come back to this place. I went with the older man and he did such a shi$y job and hurt me and was so rough. I was in tears. I am on blood thinners and very delicate when it comes to these things. This has never happened to me before with Tim. This guy did not car nor did he apologize for being so damn rough. I wanted to get up and walk away. My daughter who is 14 saw that I was crying and got up right away to stand right next to me to see if he would stop being so rough. He stopped being a little rough but I was bleeding that night I had to be admitted to the hospital for an infection. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER! read more

I love this place. They're very friendly and I rarely have to wait. They do a really good mani and pedi.

I feel so bad for writing a bad review but if you're reading this you'll thank me. This was by far the worst manicure I've ever gotten. The man was sweet but nails were so thick and crooked. I asked for coffin and I couldn't even tell you what shape he gave me. He did a horrible job painting them too. It just looked sloppy and there was even nail polish on my fingertips. I ended up leaving their and immediately going to another salon to have them fixed. The women who fixed them was shocked by how thick and big they were as well. I intended to just take the loss but after showing my friends and family pictures of how bad they looked I decided to ask for a refund. They gave me $20 to refund what I paid elsewhere to have them fixed. I actually paid $25 plus a tip at the second salon but I wasn't going push it. They were professional about me asking for the refund and I do appreciate it but the experience was a bummer. I will for sure not be coming back. read more

Most definitely one of the worst places I have ever gone. I went in and was waiting for an hour to be helped-I should have left then.
