I had the opportunity to speak with John on the phone a few times before the wedding, and he was very gracious as to allow us to make a last minute adjustment to the schedule a week before the event. Action Entertainment was set-up on time and ready to start well before the ceremony. Rob and Rob were our MC and DJ. Both Robs were amazing! Rob, the DJ, had called us earlier in the week to check up on some of the song recommendations we had put in, and he made sure to chat with us again before the ceremony started to make sure everything was as planned. There were a few moments we hadn't known to plan for music (due to our poor planning, not Action Entertainments) and when we asked Rob to surprise us, he absolutely delivered! He also took guest requests in stride and had everyone dancing the whole time (like honestly, it was hard to get people to sit and eat!). Rob, the MC, was also amazing! He was so personable and fun, he had everyone up on their feet! We immediately felt so comfortable chatting with Rob and he made sure that the party kept on going! I feel terrible because I did not catch the name of the person working the photobooth, but I can tell you he was wonderfully attentive and helpful. The guests had a great time at the photobooth and we are so grateful to have such fun souvenirs from the wedding! If you want a great party, Action Entertainment is the company to call! He was very communicative--even with the 13 hour time difference, I was able to coordinate with him easily. I had my husband be taken out of the house three hours before the party to set up... the balloon arch was delivered right on time. The photographer showed up half an hour earlier than the party. The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. He made my husband the most outrageous birthday hat. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. The photographer David was also really so helpful, friendly, and on it! He came early and helped with some of the set up... he was attentive and also very nice to talk to. Very natural (sometimes it's awkward when a photographer's in your face taking pictures but it wasn't awkward at all). We got a USB full of pictures right after the party!
