Stephanie saw that I was looking and pondering about a few items so she came over and asked if she could help and if we knew about their knives. We said we knew a little bit but would be happy to learn more. So she gave us a history of the company and told us about a couple of the knives I was looking at. I ended up buying the bird and trout 2.0. She wrapped it up and told us about their warranty and sharpening and to call the store if we ever needed anything. New customer for life!

I've had good and I've had bad experiences. Rented a tractor tiller with no problems, but the…read moreriding lawn mower was an issue. They charged me for a new blade, when the guy told me it had been sharpened. You don't sharpen new blades. They said I hit a bunch of rocks. My whole family combed the lawn for rocks before we mowed to make sure that wouldn't happen. Maybe hit two small ones the whole time. A bit shady, but sometimes good.
