Back in December I was looking for an eye doctor office near my home and I came across Eyes. Daniel helped setup my appointment over the phone and explained any questions I had. Once I got there I was greeted by Daniel and he took me in one of the rooms to take an eye exam. Daniel is very calm and very patient, as he explained everything in great detail along the way. I have been wearing glasses my entire life so I wanted to try Contact Lenses for the first time. Shortly after Dr. Vo came in and explained everything to me regarding my eye exam and any questions I had about contact lenses. Dr. Vo was very patient in explaining everything to me about contacts, and she simply put the lenses in my eye so show me how painless this was going to be. Finally I walked around the store in search of a pair of new glasses as well, the store is very clean and well organised. Finally I got to meet Ellie who is probably one of the sweetest people I have met in my life. Ellie helped me in picking out my frame and explaining all the different options and add ons along with pricing as I do not have insurance. Their office was very understanding with the add ons I selected for my glasses. I have been back to this office another 2 times for additional testing on my eyes due to some concerns from Dr. Vo. Thank you for being patient and understanding with me through the entire process and showing your concern.

Went to have an appointment for the first time with my son. I spent over $100 with insurance for…read morejust for the visit it appears. I asked for the prescription and they said it wasn't set. We got another appointment but kept having to reschedule because I have a special needs child. When I tried to set another appointment to get the actual prescription I should have gotten on the first try, they said I owe a fee for the cancelled appointments AND I have to pay for another appointment where I may or may not get the prescription again. Don't go there, they make you pay extra one way or another. They make you wait at least 30 minutes after your appointment time. They shove another sales opportunity at you with the eye therapy... conveniently not covered by insurance.

Got the receipt and the doctors office charged me $580 for the frames. Did a google search and the manufacturers website has them for $430. Multiple other retailers are selling them from $250 to $400. Pics to follow. When I discussed this with the gentleman that appears to be the office manager, he tried to Bullcrap me saying there's always a difference between what manufacturers sell for what their retailers sell for. No kiddo, the manufacturer sets the MSRP and retailers usually sell for less or at MSRP. Greta place, nice staff but overpriced big time.
