There's a few pages of information that you must fill out, and if you wear glasses you should bring a copy of the previous prescription. The inexpensive selection of frames are displayed in three groups for men, women and children. The prices for frames are $79 through $129 if you have no insurance and includes the price of the eye exam. Options for coatings and scratch protection are available if you choose. Luckily my medical plan covers an annual exam and partial payment towards a pair of glasses so it was extremely inexpensive for my visit. I decided to order prescription sunglasses at a discount. Delivery and fitting of each pair of glasses will be done in two weeks. The experience was pleasant and I would recommend this location.

Daniel helped setup my appointment over the phone and explained any questions I had. Once I got there I was greeted by Daniel and he took me in one of the rooms to take an eye exam. Daniel is very calm and very patient, as he explained everything in great detail along the way. I have been wearing glasses my entire life so I wanted to try Contact Lenses for the first time. Shortly after Dr. Vo came in and explained everything to me regarding my eye exam and any questions I had about contact lenses. Dr. Vo was very patient in explaining everything to me about contacts, and she simply put the lenses in my eye so show me how painless this was going to be. Finally I walked around the store in search of a pair of new glasses as well, the store is very clean and well organised. Finally I got to meet Ellie who is probably one of the sweetest people I have met in my life. Ellie helped me in picking out my frame and explaining all the different options and add ons along with pricing as I do not have insurance. Their office was very understanding with the add ons I selected for my glasses. I have been back to this office another 2 times for additional testing on my eyes due to some concerns from Dr. Vo. Thank you for being patient and understanding with me through the entire process and showing your concern.

When you walk in, there is a check-in process to put you in the queue for a sales assistant to help you. When I purchased glasses the first time, I waited maybe 10-15 min and browsed the different options throughout the store. The sales associate was helpful in helping me pick out glasses and gave an opinion along the way. No issue processing an out of network claim and they provided all the necessary paperwork. When I returned to pick up the glasses, the optician was helpful and properly adjusted my glasses. A few months later, the frame felt a bit off after a long trip abroad of throwing the glasses in a backpack (inside a case) and went in for an adjustment. I waited maybe 2 min in the same queue process and was helped immediately. The optician fixes the frame, balanced it properly and checked that it sat well on my face. I was happy and in and out of the store in 10-15 min. The store is clean and they've expanded their options and have a bigger sunglasses selection as well. Would definitely come back for new glasses when I need them...
