Great services and love the staff there. Very friendly and no problems with anything. I understand there might be delays because of an emergency patients may need more times with the doctor and I had to wait 15-20 more minutes. This is the place you would want to go to. A doctor who take time with the patients is an absolute plus! For those who wants the doctor to rush so he can see them next, you are no special than any other patients. What makes you think you are the only special patient and the doctor should rush to see you? These kind of people like to write bad reviews because they didn't get that special treatment and says things that never happened. I recommend this place to anyone who wants quality services. Most doctors office takes at least 30 min to 1 hour to see you. Waiting 20-25 minutes is nothing. Not sure what the problem is. This is normal everywhere go. Simple Recommendations for everyone: 1. Always research your eye insurance first to see what it covers & what it does not cover; and know what your co-pays are. 2. Expects delays 3. Your plans only covers certain glasses and you have an allowance given to you by your health plan. 4. Some plans does not cover transitional lenses; progressive lenses and /or contact lenses. read more

So we made appointments about a week out, the lady was super helpful and let us know the cost of the exams and efficiently made our appointments. We came today for our appointments, the staff and doctor were both great. They explained everything step by step during the eye exam. We looked for glasses and the staff was super helpful in picking out lenses and deciding on features for our glasses, they explained pricing, different features and explained our insurance benefits. I can't say enough good things about this team. Our glasses should arrive in a few days and we spent less than we planned, so that's a plus. read more

This place is terrible. I had to wait almost an hour on two separate occasions, even with a scheduled appointment. I would not recommend.

Based on my Yelp history, I rarely write a bad review. however multiple bad experiences over the past year have prompted me. Ordered top of the line lenses for my Ray Ban glasses and within 30 days the reflective coasting peeled off on the left lens, this was replaced and I was told they probably due to being in contact with some substance. 2 months later the right lens peels off and they refuse to replace. I have 4 pairs or Ray Ban eyewear from the last 6 years and none have any issues with the lens. I can't even say that I paid $$ for these because I have pretty great optical insurance. This review is for the Service provided. #2 My son goes in for a routine contact lens prescription and because of his age, the doctor refuses to write a prescription for monthly lenses. Ended up going to LensCrafters and getting his prescription filled. read more

I had two appointments scheduled back to back. I called beforehand to let them know that I was really pressed for time and asked if they thought I'd be able to be out within an hour (appointments are 20 mins each). The person on the phone said they would do their best. Understandable. We agreed that even if we could get one appointment done we could reschedule the other. We arrived 15 mins early and checked in. We did preliminary tests and waited for the doctor. At 30 minutes after our first scheduled appointment time (10 minutes past the second) I asked what was going on. I was then told that they schedule two patients at the same time in every time slot!! No matter what someone will not be seen on time. Crazy. It would have been cool to let me know when I called or to give each patient their own time slot. We left without being seen and won't be back. They didn't seem to care. read more

The eye exam was excellent, the doctor and the assistance were fantastic.. everything until I got to retail . The 2 sales lady's ... unacceptable their actitud. From the moment that we mention that we didn't want to spend too much money on glasses that we wanted to use our insurance everything when down hill from there .. super disrespectful the treatment from there .. and they have a sign with the clearance area and after I pick the ones that I want it . They says that in order to get the clearance by that the 50% discount I have to ether pay regular price for the lens or regular price for the glasses .. witch they have no signs or anything that says that .. when my insurance covers both false advertising a clearance that is a scam .. I'm really impressed on how denigrating was this whole transaction with this 2 sales agent.. I'll for sure never come back to this location... for sure .. horrible racist... rude Unacceptable.. read more

I have been using Target Optical & Dr.Vo for my husband & my eye care needs since 2017. We are both glasses/contact lens wearers & get our yearly exams, glasses frames, & contacts there. Dr.Vo & his assistant are always wonderful, timely, thorough, & take their time answering any questions you may have. It's super easy to make an appt with their online portal & I've never waited more than MAYBE 5 min for my appt. I've never had anything but pleasant experiences with this whole facility. 10/10 would recommend :) read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Vo and the optical staff! The exam portion was so thorough and efficient - Dr. Vo walked me through the entire exam and carefully explained the changes in my vision as well as what was going on with the health of my eye. I left with a pair of trial contacts that I was able to test out and see if it worked for me - which they did! My new prescription is amazing and I didn't even know my vision could get any clearer! The optical staff is very friendly and welcoming and offered me great advice on which glasses to get. I will definitely continue going to Dr. Vo for his eye services. read more

Just moved to the area needed a eye exam so I can reorder contacts. They didn't have the brand I normal use. Which I'm ok with.. I'm giving them 1 star bc I asked them to write a prescription for my current brand.. dr recommended I try their brand. I played ball.. new brand sucked so ask them again to write a prescription in my current brand. Had to come back in for a second exam. Asked all sorts of questions on why I didn't like their recommended brand.. they made it awkward. I was basically I've been wear contacts for 28 years. I know what I like or seems right. Also in 28 years I never had to go back twice to get a prescription for contacts. read more

This target is EXTREMELY unprofessional. The doctor wrote me the wrong prescription on my glasses after I ordered a 200$ pair. It was SIGNIFICANTLY different than the one I had previously so I was worried too. Do not go to them go literally anywhere else. read more

I was nervous about a new optician but excellent service! The administrative staff is excellent as well. They were all very friendly and attended to me quickly. I will be going back. I ordered contacts and they were sent to my door. The new optician also recommended a different type of contacts that I was not ever aware of and I love them! read more
