I was recommended to Stella by a family friend , when I came to see her for my consultation she had givin me the option of a package deal for full body , but originally I went there wanting to do my face , underarms , and bikini , she told me the package would be cheaper , so I went with that , when I came back the following week for my appointment , she started from my legs and and I was already in pain because she doesn't have numbing cream , after she had done my legs she did my arms which was fine but after she went on to do my under arms and she did a half ass job she zapped me 3 times on my underarms and said that's it , but how can u only zap it 3 times when the underarms hair start from the bottom all the way to the top , afterwards she went on to my face and insisted I didn't need it when I grew out my peach fuz that was dark and how can u tell ur client she doesn't need it when it's clearly visible she does , so she does half of my face and says that's all , and I look in the mirrior and I said I came here specifically for my face as well how can u let me leave with half my face with hair and half with no hair , so anyways I didn't let her do my bikini because I am already in pain that's 1 an 2 she is doing a half ass job , so all in all this place isn't worth it she's a con artist she insists for u to get the package but then doesn't do the full job because she wants u to keep coming back after 8 full sessions and get more laser treatments so she can get more money, at the end I asked her how much do I own u she said the same price as we discussed I said 250? She said yes and I said but how can u charge me 250 if I didn't let u do my bikini and she said well those are my prices , this place is a total waste of money and time she does a half ass work . How can u not have numbing cream when ur burning hair , if u go to any dermatologist any other laser place they numb u with cream because this is painful procedure , do not go to her she's a conn artist .
Stella had called me after seeing this post and told me she will give me back my money if I removed it , she said I swear I will give it back once u remove the post , she was thinking she was going to fool me into deleting it and not giving me my money back , she agreed to meet up , and when I called her telling her where to meet she said she changed her mind , this is exactly how she is a liar , the same way she lied to me about giving me back my money for me to remove it is the same way she was lying to me the day she did her service on me .
