It is a little confusing finding the place only because the entrance is in the back and the sign is in the front of the building. The office is upstairs. I do believe that they have a working elevator that is right in the reception office but I have never seen it being used. The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are very fast with getting you in to your appointment. In other dentist offices I have waited well over 40 min past my appointment so I definitely appreciate them sticking to the schedule. Dr. Botros is amazing ! He is extremely thorough and straight to the point. I feel as though he genuinely cares about his patients and their teeth. My entire family now goes to him! He has things you can do while waiting for your appointment like video games you can brush your teeth before your appointment. He does a very good job on keeping the whole office clean. Now my teeth are a complete mess. They were never straight after 16 years of wearing those horrible braces and the gaps so large I could fit half the teeth that he had extracted put back in my mouth to fill the gaps. I now have severe pain when eating and extreme sensitivity to cold temperatures. The palette expansion has also caused phantosmia. If I had known his work would have left me where I am today, I would have sewed him for malpractice. Don't let this happen to your son or daughter. There isn't a day that goes by, that I don't think of Dr Clemente,. He has permanently made my life horrible due to his incompetence!!

This is the most ridiculous place when its comes to caring for kids patients. They do charge you…read morearm and let but do not provide that kind of service. The scheduling to get anything done is months out. Do not go to this doctor instead go to Diamond Braces in Edison and you will be way happier. They even accept walk ins. Where as at this place since the doctor over charges, he is away on vacation most of the time and there is no appointment. They do not answer the phone, they do not call you back.
