He has things you can do while waiting for your appointment like video games you can brush your teeth before your appointment. He does a very good job on keeping the whole office clean. I'm the mom of an 11 year old boy and I am writing a review with my son. We love Dr. Menker and his staff. They speak directly to my son and involve him in his own care. They have a rewards program for the children so they can earn points for great prizes. The staff was wonderful, and worked with my insurance and payment plan. We both highly recommend the team and Dr. Menker for the best orthodontic care in NJ!!

I'd never been to Brighter Dental before but it was extremely close to my house, the rates were reasonable, and the service was excellent. I was on a very limited budget and they went through the process of explaining what was most critical to get done asap and what was also really important but could wait. The office is also really nice, the people there are friendly, and they'll also answer all of your questions about what the codes on the bill are and all of the detailed dental questions while they're working on your teeth. I'm definitely going back there to get the rest of my dental work done probably later this year.

It is a little confusing finding the place only because the entrance is in the back and the sign is in the front of the building. The office is upstairs. I do believe that they have a working elevator that is right in the reception office but I have never seen it being used. The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are very fast with getting you in to your appointment. In other dentist offices I have waited well over 40 min past my appointment so I definitely appreciate them sticking to the schedule. Dr. Botros is amazing ! He is extremely thorough and straight to the point. I feel as though he genuinely cares about his patients and their teeth. My entire family now goes to him! The Dr explained how they process would go in great detail then her office staff when over the insurance part with me .
